Great staff and location
Great place to spend our vacation. The staff was great and the location was beautiful. A bit overpriced. I have stayed at other hotels that were considerably nicer for similar prices. Keep in mind, the golfing is not included unless you pay the extra fee which is pretty hefty. No complaints, and great for a family vacation.

we stayed 6 nights and had a grat time, the food was good, facilities were clean, nice beach, two pools and four bars, They had planned activities for those interested. it was a great value, The people of Cozumel were very welcoming. I would go back to this very place.

4th TIME
We have stayed at the Melia 4 times now. We personally like its location. It is quiet and so relaxing. We thought the food had much better flavor, and selection had increased since last year. A major inprovement! The ENTIRE staff is so wonderful and helpful if you need for ANYTHING! The prperty is so very clean and manicured, rooms spacious and views from ocean front are wonderful. We will go back next year without a doubt.

Golf "all" inclusive??
The Hotel experience was great after we upgraded our room and package. From this I mean, I understand why you have a name of "Cheap Tickets" To start our vacation, we went online to get our boarding pass and realized that the only seats that were assigned was the first leg of our trip. For the remaining seats, we had to pay an additional $19 per seat on each flight to ensure we had seats. When we got to the Hotel, they put us in a small room where we questioned just what we had paid for. The next day we went to check on Golf and realized the name of the hotel has nothing to do with "Golf all inclusive" until you make those additional arrangements. It ended up costing us an additional $40 per night for the upgrade. Thanks "Cheap Tickets"

5th trip and counting
Let's start with the well reviewed negatives...The beach is not the greatest....but the snorkeling nearby is arguably some of the best on the island. The food is not 5 star, but they have improved the buffett options with ala carte menu. And the beds can be hard for some, but they have pillow top options available. Now the positives.... The staff rocks! The food is overall pretty good and improving. Nice to have the adult pool bar away from the kids. Rooms are clean and functional in every way. Close to town. Melia is not a 5 star....but you're not paying for it either. Great low to moderate price option.

First Family Vaca
ok stay
First time staying at an all inclusive place. Don't have anything to compare it to. Staff was very welcoming! Bed was VERY uncomfortable. The water at the beach had a lot of seaweed but some days the seaweed wasn't so bad and you could swim. The pools were nothing special but they were still nice. Food was ok. Lots of activities going on. It was a nice stay but I would probably try somewhere else if I want to stay in Cozumel again. Trust me when I say the beds are uncomfortable!

Beautiful location, Friendly staff!
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Melia Cozumel. Everything was just as planned and included as stated on the website. The buffet had a lot of variety and was pleasing. The restaurant is definitely worth making reservations for-very delicious! The service was very friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The rooms were always clean along with the hotel as a whole. The only complaint I would have is that the beds and pillows were not the comfiest, but that's not anything that will stop me from returning to Melia.
