Fantastic
My husband and I were in Ciudad Juarez for a consulate appointment but while we were there, we went to the mall that is right in front of the hotel. It would have been nice if the hotel rooms had a little refrigerator so we could have little snacks in the room with us. This has been one of the pleasant trips I have taken, the staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Great service
My husband had his waiver immigration appt. The hotel staff was very polite at all times, and they even woke us up the next day as we asked them too.
