Consulate Interview
Well the room whats ok, The Breakfast was always on time and plenty of it. The internet wasn't that fast I couldn't have a good video chat with my family when I needed the most. Its really close to everything the Consulado Americano, the mall and everything you need it. They under buy the dollar but they also tell you where to go and get a better price for it. Also if you need a taxi they can always call one 24hrs. The Laundry room to small its just one washer and one dryer. They also have some phones by the lobby so you just have to buy your own telephone card, or they give you the option to leave a deposit to open your line for national or international calls. "They don't have a scanning service." if you need to have some papers send back by email to you lawyer back in USA. Thank You. It is an ok hotel to stay to do this kind of business like interview in ine Consul, the price was right.

If you want to have something good and cheap to eat, you should go to the mall its really close by, also you can sell you dollars there with a better price, or if you need to get some money from the ATM really secure area to do all this. I spend less than $10 a day eating at the mall with the tip included. That was just one person, just to be clear on that, they also have different kind of plates for 2, 3 or more people.

Served my needs beyond expectations
Excellent staff, always friendly and more than happy to assist. I wasn't looking for a 5 star hotel, just a comfortable stay for my business trip, and this hotel gave me that. Location was excellent; the local mall was similar to the ones we have in the States; restaurants were close and food was excellent in most. The mall cinema was nice and I enjoyed two films during my stay. I have nothing but good things to report about this hotel and it's excellent staff. The value was very good.

Good
Great hotel, free breakfast, wireless internet. Staff is always nice and willing to answer any questions you may have. Great if you´¨re here for consulate matters, really close to it and also a mall where you could spend your free time.

I stayed for 3 nights for consulate business.I stayed in La Quinta for a few night before that they have a shuttle but very bussy all the time and if you want a cab ride even for a block it will be 50 mxp one way. changed to this hotel for several reasons the first being that it is the closest hotel to the consulate. Very close. Second was the location. The mall is across the street, with a great food court and many afortable options. Denys a few steps away, just next door(their prices are about double what you would pay in the states.). Wendys is there too ( horrible prices very expensive) same parking lot. However I also booked because it says it has a managers reception. IT DOESNT. and it also states that they offer shuttle service THEY DONT. I thought i could save atleast 400 mxp by using the shuttle when i needed to get my dhl pkg. well nope not available, I suggest that before booking any hotel that you might rely on for transportation call ahead and speak directly to someone there and make sure they have the services you are looking for available at the time.my last night I stayed in the Hampton. LOVE IT wish I would have stayed there my whole trip. They had a managers reception free beer, pop and snacks. Morning hot breakfast and continental great staff great hotel room great. the shuttle srv. just make sure you let them know ahead of time and they are great too. would recomend them.

walk to the mall across the street and they have many options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Also the Tacoh has great food for your buck and they deliver. stay away from dennys and wendys you will drop easily 250mxp for 2 people.

Great for people going to the consulate
Things were fine overall. The A/C couldn't seem to keep up with the temperature outside. It was too hot in the room. Breakfast and happy hour were a nice plus. It was a great location for getting to the medical offices and consulate. Shuttle to the airport was nice as well.
