The many features of the 120 guestrooms include either one King bed or two Double beds, a microwave and mini-refrigerator, a full work desk with two line telephone including voicemail, ergonomic work chair, cable TV, wireless internet, and a radio alarm clock, to name just a few!
With its classic American style, this is the ideal choice for travelers with business at the American Consulate, which is located only 1.5 km away. Having close proximity to this, as well as the Las Misiones Shopping Center and the most important industrial parks in the area makes the hotel a wonderful option. SUPER NICE
We stay for a week and i enjoy it. The restaurant food is delicious. The staff is very friendly. It's within five minutes of the US and Mexican Consul. I Recommend this hotel. They ill drive you where ever you want and will also tell you what to look out for.

Nice hotel, but!!!!
The hotel is nice but it is not near the consulate as advertized. Breakfast is NOT included as advertized. The price of a movie to rent is 60 pesos higher than advertized.

Long walk from hotel
The best area for shopping and dining is at the mall area which is about 5 kms east of the hotel. You can catch the Linea 1-A bus on the south side of the hotel, cost 6 pesos and it will drop you off in front of the mall.

pay 1 nite to see for your self
had problems with the doors cardkeys had to go down each time and program the card almost every time.. frontdesk did not have any change for 100 pesos like 7 bucks many time so had to pay 100 pesos for a 50 peso cab ride.... fridge did not work in the room .. and also someone at the front desk ask my wife we where going to leave...........

Dissappointed travler
Terrible
The hotel looked okay before I booked but when we arrived it was terrible the rooms smelled the walls looked like they were falling apart so I was suppose to stay 7 night and I ended up only staying 3 and left to a different hotel not a great hotel at all you get what you pay for horrible never again

It is an excellent location very close to the American Embasy and the International Juarez Airport. Room service is not available and no ice for customers is available in any of their four floors.

OK STAY
Staff was ok except for one employee who had no manners and had a foul mouth. The air conditioning ir the room was not working and it was hot at times. The good thing was that it was cold out side however i would of liked the air conditioning to work as the room was stuffy.
