I requested 2 rooms: one with a single bed, and the other with twin beds. When we arrived at the hotel I was told that there were two rooms with a single bed each only. when I asked the staff about my request they blame online company for not passing the request to the hotel. Who's to blame?

Need improvements
Not really good. The A/C (heater) didn't work I was freezing at night, the pillows were manually made of pieces of sponges (really bad), they did never check if I was comfortable or was needing anything like usually they do on the hotels (service). The coffee was really bad ... Breakfast was ok but little expensive for what it is.

Should have listened to the bad reviews
* Location was perfect * Staff was horrbile and unattentive * NO IRON OR IRON BOARD- * no shampoo or handsoap * no roomservice * They come and ask to clean room at 9:30-10 am so no sleeping in...... * Restaurant is expensice * they never have everything on the menu

Great for Consulado Needs
My overall experience was great!! Small room but you really don't need any bigger...Love the shower and the modernness of the hotel!! The only bad things is that sometimes you have trouble using your card to go up on the elevator to you're room!!! The only recommendation is don't use the phone to do calls to the US very expensive!!! :)

Great Great Great
In regards to the location, it is right in the business centert for the U.S. Consolate is Juarez. It is a very secure area and also close enough to other locations to eat and shop. Very clean and also very friendly hotel associates. Would highly recommend. You feel if you are in a luxury hotel withouth the price.

Nice Hotel
We went to Ibis while in Ciudad Juarez and the rooms are small but cozy and very clean. The service was very good and the buffet is rather inexpensive. We really enjoyed our stay at Ibis. The only problem we found with the hotel is the internet service. There is a Wendy's right down the road with a better service. Weekend useage is a lot better but weekday service is bogged down by other patrons. I figured i'd show my ping rate to google.com over the course of a weeks stay while my computer was not in sleep mode. Across the road and a bit to your left is a large mall called Liverpool. They have an arcade and a movie theatre inside. This hotel is located within walking distance of ASC the Consulate and right in front of the medical examination offices that are required for Immigrant Visas.
