OK but not Great
They made a mistake and did a double charge to my credit card, which overdrafted me big time, I had to talk to 3 or 4 different people at the front desk, and finally someone from accounting spoke to me and explained the mistake to me. They DID fix the problem and gave me a courtesy night while they worked on it, but it still cost me a lot of money on overdraft fees.

holiday inn las misiones
the location of this hotek is right down the street from the us consulate. i felt very safe staying at this hotel. the access to a computer & printer was great. the free breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient (definitely saved some money). the down side was that the rooms don't have a mini fridge (which they do have an ice machine) and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. i definitely expected a good, or NORMAL night sleep from this hotel name. the pillows felts like rocks, even after i had housekeeping replace them for some more comfortable ones. Over all the location & internet access was an upside. downside, "you will not get a comfortable nights sleep".

okay but annoying
no fridge or microwave in room. room service kept calling room even when we told them we didn't want room service and put the card on the door saying not to bother us. we were there to visit US embassy.

Expensive...
I am not sure I would stay in this hotel again. It's one of the most expensive hotels in the area, but it's not so great. The business center is convenient. The pool is very little. The elevators seemed to be broken often... They have a shuttle - I wished they would of given me better information about it...it would of same me money on taxi.

good location bad experience
The staff was rude. pool was never clean in the 9 days I was there. Toilet was broken and they couldn't fix it. breakfast was always cold. The only good thing was the location short walk from clinic and consulate.
