holiday inn las misiones
the location of this hotek is right down the street from the us consulate. i felt very safe staying at this hotel. the access to a computer & printer was great. the free breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient (definitely saved some money). the down side was that the rooms don't have a mini fridge (which they do have an ice machine) and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. i definitely expected a good, or NORMAL night sleep from this hotel name. the pillows felts like rocks, even after i had housekeeping replace them for some more comfortable ones. Over all the location & internet access was an upside. downside, "you will not get a comfortable nights sleep".

Pretty sweet!!!
The location is perfect. They are pretty good with keeping your room clean. I will keep using this hotel if I need too. The negative things that I can find ist that, the front desk personnel aren't very friendly. I was scared to ask questions at times. Second there breakfast is not good at and no viarety.

Great Trip.
This was a great hotel. It is very close to the American consulate from CD. Juarez ( 1 1/2 block) and to the medical clinics, as well as to the CAS building. The Location of the Hotel is great because there are always cops keeping the area (avenue) secure. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is delicious! I recommend to buy the tickets online because the night at the hotel is 123 dollars. One more thing, there are also computers and a printer available at the lobby for guests.

Mom had a great stay
My mom stayed at this hotel because they said it was close to the consulate,and it really was, she walked everywhere and spite the crazyness of the city (Cd Juarez), she felt safe and comfortable there because most of the people who stay at this hotel is doing the same immigration process. She traveled alone, but she said she ate breakfast with company all the time because it was so easy to make conversation, everybody is talking about the same topic, it was so interesting hearing and learning about people's experiences. The people at the hotel were really nice, always willing to help. Thanks! The only thing that we didn't like it that no hotel is allowed to PICK UP anybody from the airport so no suttle for that :(, you have to use a taxi, but they can TAKE YOU to the airport.

good, but breakfast hot foods are mexican and not american. room service is a hassle, they keep bothering you until they physically see you. hotel doesn't serve any other meals.

okay but annoying
no fridge or microwave in room. room service kept calling room even when we told them we didn't want room service and put the card on the door saying not to bother us. we were there to visit US embassy.
