Perfect for U.S. Embassy appointment with lots of security nearby. Missed having a restaurant inside the Hotel as they only served complementary breakfast but many very close within walking distance. Mall across the street was also very nice.

Expensive...
I am not sure I would stay in this hotel again. It's one of the most expensive hotels in the area, but it's not so great. The business center is convenient. The pool is very little. The elevators seemed to be broken often... They have a shuttle - I wished they would of given me better information about it...it would of same me money on taxi.

My experience at this hotel was wonderful, just some minor important details. The rates are a little high but the services and anemites are worth it. The front desk staff in the evening is overwhelmed because there is only one person to do it all so they end up being rude. The telephones in the rooms lead you to believe that you can direct dial your calls but all calls go thru the front desk person, so they get tired and become rude. Arturo the van driver was exceptionally helpful. The buffet person was always ready to help you no matter.

consulate visit
I felt really comfortable and safe the staff was over the top nice and pleasant i thinks its the best choice we could have gotten for our visit everything was near by for food and entertainment i recommend it 100%
