Perfect for any buisness trip
I was a little worried about staying at this location for my wifes appointment at the consulates office because we weren't sure how far the Consulate was to the Hotel, but the Hotel has an excellent staff who takes you anywhere on their shuttle; they'll even pick you up if you let them know ahead of time. They also offer breakfast and dinner...with free beer...yes, free Coronas, Modelos, Tecates, Cokes, and snacks. I can't give the friendly staff their enough credit for make our 8 day stay there very pleasant. I rate their staff at that location an A++++++ Great people!! All in all, if I ever have to go to CD Juarez again, this is the Hotel I'll be staying at. I highly recommened this Hotel for anyone, and for any type of buisness that would bring you to CD Juarez.

I recommend you go eat anywhere else other than the Degas; they just don't have good food. There is a Argentinian joint across the street, but I never got a chance to go eat there. Me and my wife usually ate in the food court at the Mall that is North West of the Consulate office. You can see the Mall from the Consulate office, so it's not that hard to find. They have everything there, McDonalds, Wendeys, Chinese, and much more, plus they have a great Imax movie theater there to kill some time.

The location of the hotel is in a safe area and there are several restaurant options, including a super market, near by. [...] we will go back to this hotel in the future.

When in Cuidad Juarez this is the place
They provided transportation to church,downtown,all the malls this made it relaxing and took my mind of the buisness i was there for.And i saved money on transportation and breakfast and dinner, it might be cheaper somewhere else though at the end when you add it all up you will be happy you stayed at The Hampton take my word for it i shoped arouned.

you can't beat the price!
the attension was great they shuttled us to a Beautyful church and a park full of vendors and when we were ready they picked us up also on Sunday they took us to another fun spot then we called them and on the next available trip they picked us up.

The best hotel for Consulate business!
We were at the Hampton for business at the US Consulate. The best part of our trip was the best shuttle service. It is about 5 minutes away from the consulate and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The shuttle service will even take you and pick you up from the mall, restaurants, etc. Call ahead to pick you up from the bus station. They had an excellent breakfast and Mon-Fri they have happy hour and food FREE!!! You really only need to grab your own lunch. The pool was great and they have free laundry service. Just ask the front desk for the laundry soap. It was the best Hotel we ever stayed at.[...],[...] and [...] became first name contacts with excellent customer service.

Cinapolis movie theater is great to catch a movie. It is only about 45 pesos ($4.00) to catch a movie and the screens are IMAX screens. The Coca Light is great and really cheap.

the best motel around
breakfast and dinner free except on weekends no dinner yes breakfast they taxi u for free if available just reseve ahead of time the exercise room has 3 machines other than that it is the best place to go especialy for the consulate visits and clinic they taxi u remeber with the money u save you r paying less thn 20-30 or less per day i mean this from the heart....they even drop u off at church or entertaining sites and come back to pick u up amazing..
