The Westin Resort and Spa Cancun

Our stay at the Westin Resort & Spa Cancun was great. Every single staff member we spoke to was amazing, they were always super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable,and their Heavenly Bed was incredible. I always have trouble getting a good night's rest while on vacation, until this trip. The only negative thing I can say is that this hotel is a bit far from the main tourist areas. Even though it is part of the Hotel Zone, it is at the very bottom of the map. However, on the upside of it all it is more quieter and peaceful. The beach is not as crowded as the other resorts and the restaurants and clubs are only about a 10-15 minute bus ride away.

The Westin Resort and Spa was a low key and laid back resort. Good for people who are just looking to relax away from all the hustle and bustle of Cancun. Food was very good but expensive. Our 1st room was infested with ants all over and in the bed. The front desk promptly up-graded us to an ocean view room for the inconvience. There may be more glitzy hotels in the hotel zone but the staff takes care of you really well. On a scale of 1-10 i'd give the resort a 8.

The Westin Resort and Spa was very relaxing. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The view of the beach from our balcony was breathtaking. The location of the hotel was at the end of the hotel zone. We caught the bus into town for 65 pesos. There was always a bus departing from near the hotel (probably every 2 minutes or so).

The Westin Regina resort was very comfortable and relaxing. It is located close to the airport and a relatively short drive to shopping, food and entertainment. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and eager to accommodate whatever needs you may have. The beach on the property is one of the best on the strip. Overall, I think the Westin is one of the better hotels you will find in Cancun.

The Westin had very comfortable rooms and the hotel staff was great. The beds were very comfy and the rooms had lots of space. The location wasn't the most convenient as it was located at the end of the strip so you had to take the bus or rent a car to get anywhere. The only downfall to this hotel is that the hotel staff called us every day to try and schedule a meeting to see one of their vacation properties.

The Hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. The area was accessible to restaurants and entertainments. I love costumer service.

The Westin Cancun was wonderful. The staff was most welcoming and friendly. The room was large and extremely clean. We were very impressed with how clean the staff kept our room and how often they serviced our room. We had a great view of the lagoon, two chairs, desk and table to relax and enjoy the coffee. Our bathroom had a separate marble shower (stocked with shampoo and cream rinse and soap), the counter was well stocked with wash clothes, soaps, and lotion as well as bottled water and glasses. We had two terry robes and four large towels. We didn't need to ask for more! The two queen sized beds were very comfortable and had five pillows. The dresser had eight drawers with a large flat-screen TV centered upon it. The coffee counter (stocked with a choice of coffees and tea, cream and sugar) had its own sink and an extremely full refrigerator. The closet had plenty real hangers, a shelf above and two suitcase stands. The climaate control was easy to use and made the stay in the room very comfortable. Dining at the hotel was the better than most hotels and the breakfast buffet was very impressive. The bar at the pool was great and the one near the lobby was more than great. The bar tenders had many suggestions for new or veriations of the drinks we wanted. They were awesome. The spa facilities were so impressive that we wanted to fit another massage into our schedule and use the promotion we were given but our week went by too fast.

The hotel was nice. The staff was always willing to help you out with whatever questions that you may have. The bed was nice - a little too soft. We upgraded to a balcony room as well as the continental breakfast and happy hour. Eating in town can be very expensive but it is also very nice. The cleaners would usually stop by 3 times a day to check on your room, we always had clean towels and the bed was made. You also get welcome champaign on your first night, that was a nice surprise. Dont purchase the water in the hotel room, it is outrageous ($8/bottle) go into town and buy it instead ($3/jug).

The Hotel was great. Wonderful service. Location was good also, right near the public bus line. Staff was very accommodating.

The Westin Regina in Cancun is a great place to stay. the staff was extremely friendly and professional. At breakfast one morning I dropped a $10. bill under my table, the next morning the server recognized me and alerted a manager who had the same $10 bill secured at his desk, he then let me know that they found the money the morning before and returned my money. My wife and I felt as though we were treated as VIP's even though our room rate was very reasonably priced. The staff were very accomadating and helped make it one of the best vacations we've ever had.
