Excellent place to relax in Paradise!
From the car service that picked me up from the airport, to the waitstaff on the beach...friendly attentive bilingual service made this vacation unforgettable. This wonderful hotel is located on the softest, cleanest sand in Cancun. An atmosphere conducive to relaxation and a location close enough to walk to the nearby fine-dining and shopping centers. Only a 15 minute ride to the airport. KIDS are allowed at this hotel.

4 nights at the ritz in cancun
we travel quite a bit and often visit cancun because you can get there non-stop from many locations. the ritz carlton truly is a 5 star hotel. the facilities are grand and if you appreciate the older hotels of an earlier generation, this one is top notch. most of all, however, is the staff. from the pool attendants to the service people inside the hotel, they are all wonderfully helpful and eager to assist in any way. it is genuine and my wife and i appreciated it greatly. one problem: should a hotel of this status really hit you $20 a day to be connected to the internet?

INCREDIBLE PLACE TO STAY
Our first visit to the Ritz-Carlton Cancun and we will be back on a yearly basis if we can. From the staff to the location to just everything and anything it was incredible. We have no idea why anyone would stay anywhere in Cancun but this hotel. I can not find enough positive words to describe the entire stay. Awsome from begining to end. Will be a customer for life guarteed.

Short walk from hotel
La Habituela is a must on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday night. Make reservations and sit back and enjoy a wonderful meal in a outstanding environment with a free Mayan show rightin front of you. For dinner and a show it is an incredible offer and the show is free. A must do in Cancun.

Wonderful family vacation
Our stay at the Ritz Carlton in Cancun was wonderful! The property is beautiful and located right on the beach. What really made our stay special was the people who work at this location from the moment we checked in we were treated with so much warmth and friendliness. Every thing we asked for was taken care of and then some! The restaurants are fabulous and the Kids Club was awesome! There was truly something for everyone on this trip and we will return for sure!

Staff were very accommodating and service was excellent. Room was clean and housekeeping comes twice a day. Restaurants were good as well and food was excellent. Will love to come back again at the Ritz.

relaxing getaway
Beautiful grounds. Hotel on windward side so expect rougher seas. Walking distance to great restuarants besides the restuarants in the Ritz.

Friends getaway
It was my secod time in cancun and this time it was so much better thanks to the ritz hotel staff and ameneties. It is a great place for calm relaxing and luxurious getaway. Food, service, rooms, beach amenities (only u have to pay 10$ for the umbrella on the beach) and location are perfect! The only thing that was disappointing is spa: even as a guest of the hotel you have topay to use the facilities and the massages are pricy & so so. Therefore you you have some money to spend just go for it!
