Modern luxury resort in Cancun with Jacuzzi rooms, water sports marina
This couples-only resort is situated along the white sands of the Caribbean Sea, 15 minutes from the airport. Sun Palace features 24-hour room service in its 252 Jacuzzi-outfitted rooms, many overlooking the water. Three outdoor infinity pools, a spa and an inside pool with two hot tubs provides a place to unwind. Meanwhile, daily activities and theme parties are lures for active travelers. My review of Sun Palace Couples Only - All Inclusive
The Sun Palace hotel in Cancun, Mexico and its staff couldn't be better. The service was outstanding. Everybody was speaking English, which was great. The room was very modern, clean, and well maintained. The location wasn't the best but it wasn't bad either. Overall, I would give this hotel 6 out of 5 ... that's not a mistake ;)

The Sun Palace exceeded expectations. The entire staff was extremely accommodating, the hotel was gorgeous, rooms were excellent. If you stay at Sun Palace you won't be disappointed!

Awesome hotel
The Sun Palace hotel was very nice. The staff was great. We had a great time there, we had a group of 7 and had a blast. The only thing was that they didn't have that many dining options but that was okay since you can take a short bus ride to Cancun Palace and eat there. But the restaurants were still very good there. The rooms were very nice and clean and all of them had a great view of the beach. All in all I would definitely would recommend.

A Spring Getaway
My husband and I stayed at the Sun Palace for 4 days as a vacation to celebrate our completing school and we were extremely happy with our choice. The Sun Palace was couples only which made for a relaxing, stress free time. We enjoyed spending our days on the beach which was clean and seaweed free. The waves were a bit rough during our stay and you can really feel the undertow as you get closer to shore. However, it was nothing too extreme and you can walk out a pretty good distance so no need to worry. If you are a non-swimmer, please be careful when going out for a dip to cool off. The food at the Sun Palace was good. We aren't talking about 5-star restaurant quality, but we rarely got anything we didn't like and the wait staff was always looking to please with any request for different dishes. Buffets for breakfast and lunch had plenty of choices and fresh fruits which we really enjoyed. Others commented that they didn't like the steaks for dinner, but my husband found them to be just fine (again we aren't talking about 5-star restaurants here). The Italian restaurant was the only place that required a more formal dress code so you can pack accordingly. The rooms at the Sun Palace were top-notch. Each has a spa tub so you can relax in them at the end of a long day. We stayed on the 3rd floor and enjoyed our view overlooking the pools and beach. When we checked in, our room had a musty smell that we first thought was from somebody smoking, but we soon found out that the smell was caused by the moisture from the steam of the tub and the humidity outside getting on the linens. We had housekeeping change all the sheets and the smell went away. The only other problem we had was a light that had a mind of its own and would turn on and off at random times. Overall, we would stay at the hotel again and have already recommended it to friends and family as a good place to go to get away from the stress of everyday life. You won't regret a stay here.

Very good vacation for adult
The Sun Palace Hotel is relly nice place to stay and spend a week. Very freindly service and exellent ammenities. Our room was big enough, comfortable, clean with huge balkony overlooking the ocean. Everything in the room was new. Stylish mirrors with two sinks on a marbel counter. Cleaning service was great. The food was really delicious and very good quality. Every day we had a lot of choices where to eat and what to eat.

GREAT stay- the room was beautiful, neatly kept, up-to-date, and the staff was genuinely friendly. the dining options on the all-inclusive were great! we're going back to the SAME place next year with a group of friends! just google 'sun palace cancun' for great pictures...

Great Place to Relax
Our first visit to Cancun couldn't have been better. Our stay at the Sun Palace was simply outstanding in every way. Every employee is competent and they all go the extra mile to make sure your stay is what you hoped for. We definately will go back!

PERFECT VACATION
The Sun Palace in Cancun is a wonderful vacation spot if you want quiet and laid back. As an ALL INCLUSIVE, ALL ADULTS only resort, I would highly recommend it. The staff is great, the food was excellent. The BEST beach around.

relaxing & fun
This was our second visit to Sun Palace and we had another great vacation. The pools are relaxing with many to choose from and the beverages never stop. The staff is always working hard to make you stay pleasurable. The rooms are so spacious and clean, I want to remodle my master suite to match :)
