Cancun beachfront resort with family activities and mini water park
The Royal Solaris Cancun Resort, Marina & Spa is family-friendly. The all-inclusive, 300-room Cancun property has an animal-themed mini-water park, swimming pool, fitness center and three restaurants. Its 6,324-square-foot recreation area provides a place to play video games, create crafts and take painting lessons. Adult activities -- theme nights, bingo, fashion shows, aerobics -- cater to kids at heart. There is an on-site spa.

Great spring break location
The hotel had a beautiful lobby area with workers glad to greet you and help you. Great spot on the beach. Plenty of food choices and friendly waitresses and bartenders.

Spring Break Cancun
This was a great place to stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and multilingual. Food and drinks were plentiful and the location was breathtaking. The all-inclusive stay includes free sailing, kayaking and paddleboating, an open buffet and 5-course restaurant dining. There are multiple pools, a hot tub and of course the beach. Shopping and daytrips are all easily accessible with discounts if arranged through the hotel.

The best place to buy souvenirs is probably the flea market a short bus ride down the road. Vendors are pushy and may try to cheat you, but if you're pushy back you can get much better deals than elsewhere.

Overall good friendly hotel
All employees are so nice and friendly. It is affordable hotel if you don't have enough money to spend your holidays in 5 stars hotels but don't expect too much. The hotel was good for me compare the price.:)

Great holiday location
The staff were all for helpfull. The food was varied and excellent. The entertainment was most welcome. The room was comfortable and well maintained by the room staff.

TT spring break getaway
The hotel and staff were very friendly- When i go back i need to make sure it isnt Mexico's spring break- alot of small children that parents didnt watch--other than that the beach was beautiful as was the pool area-

Perfect Spring break location
The staff is outstanding...extremely friendly. The rooms may not be state of the art but who cares when you have the blue ocean. The bus service is amazing. Water sports is def. recommended...I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

disappointed all around
The hotel was not what it use to be.room was dirty and plumbing was very bad, staff and management was very stand offish and unhelpful! Food was below average and drinks except for beer were very below average. You had to go and find a cup of coffee of the morning, never in the same place and some days they did not even set it out and you had to wait until breakfast.. the dining halls were very unorganized and never know which was open. I have stayed here before and never again..steady downhill rip off place...Everyone is charged a different price makes you feel like a Scam going on? signed room 1404

Stay at a place that looks like they take care of the place..A place that puts money back into the resort.. The Solaris properties are taking in the dough but not fixing what falls apart..And you cannot trust them!
