Executive floor with continental breakfast, afternoon appetizers. Deluxe amenities are provided on this level to include an exclusive registration desk, club lounge, concierge, and business center. Cancun catering to both business and leisure guests, within walking distance to tourist attractions, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, craft markets and shopping malls.
Our restaurant serves fresh Mexican specialties and international cuisine. Drinks and live music are available in the lobby bar, and our Cancun hotel also features a poolside bar. after being robbed the manager would not call the police or let me use the phone since cards were already used had to beg just to call a 800 #

The hotel is a very friendly hotel.
The hotel is a very friendly hotel. The staff are great and do every thing to ensure your stay is plesant. The pool area is great place to meet other guests.

Good For A Few Nights
The hall I was on was in the midst of being remodeled - late into the night. Nice staff and okay for what it was, a few nights stay before flying out. Nowhere near the beach of course for the cheap rates, but the pool in the courtyard was nice! TV in my room (which appeared to have been remodeled) was pretty bad. If you're there to see Cancun, who cares, but just an FYI, Tube style TV with a bad picture and few English speaking channels (no CNN or BBC World News - say what?).

Ok for a short stay
The hotel was good for a short stay. We only stayed one night. The rooms have a mildew smell. That night was raining heavily and the water came in through the window seal.

DELUXE MY BUTT! It took forever to find it! When we did we were very alarmed at the location. Everything was so hurried we didn't have time to even think. [...] check-in only to get a small dingy room with a view of a MacDonald's sign. The pool was mossy and dirty. The hotel was doing construction work so the jack-hammer was in full use. We decided to leave within a 1/2 hr. citing our complaints but were still forced to pay $185.00. O[...]. $185.00 will get you a night in the Hotel Zone, a beautiful safe 5 star Hotel, PLEASE do not waste you money here. [...]

Holiday in Cancun
Good hotel for leisure and business. It is NOT in the Hotel Zone, which is why I booked it! Close to Bus terminal and Downtown, and good value. Sort of a cross between a business hotel (in which I stay a lot) and a holiday hotel.

Great for the price!
Everything was great . we got a lot information and discounts from the hotel. we spent most of the days out in different tours with great entertaiment. we really had a great time. I think Cancun it is one of the best tourist places to visit.

We ate at a restaurant called "los cejas". The food was great and affortable. Perfect if you like seafood.

Good for the money
It is located downtown, but it has its own shuttle which takes you to the beach twice a day. A small refrigerator in the room would make it easier for a budget traveler. Otherwise the room and the bathroom was good except the water pressure which was not high enough. I liked the wireless internet connection. The speed was realy high like in their ad.
