Omni Cancun Hotel and Villas - All Inclusive

We stayed at the Omni the 23 to 29th of December. Could not have asked for anything more. We absolutely loved it the food was good, the staff was attentive to your needs aand the rooms were clean. The view beautiful! We have a 14 and 19 year old and we all enjoyed the stay! Would definately stay at the Omni again!!!

We had a perfect stay at Omni Resort and Spa, Cancun. The amenities, service and comfort were the best we've experienced at similar resorts. The only slight negative was the choppy sea - the beach is on the rough side of the Caribbean sea. The resorts on the top part of the 7 had much calmer waters. Other than that we had a perfectly relaxing time. Plenty of options for food - La paloma (buffet), Viva Mexico(Tacos), Sushi bar, Pina Colada (A la carte), the Pool bar and the excellent Italian restaurant, Da Vinci (which was our best meal experience ever).

We had the BEST time together as a Family at the Hotel. What Wonderful Hoterl with Very friendly and welcoming staff. Food was Very good. We stayed in a Villa, what an Amazing experience for Our Family. We did not have a single problem. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly ricommend Omni Cancun to everyone. When we go back we will definately stay at the Omni Cancun again. Thanks for a Wonderful time.

The hotel was very good overall. We had a Junior suite with four adults. It only had one sink and two full size beds. It would have been nice to have bigger beds. The room was clean but the A/C was very noisy. The food was good but nothing totally outstanding. The one night we went to DiVinci to eat was totally outstanding. Don't miss this.

Just returned home from a girls get away. We stayed at the Omni and could not have been happier. The pools and beach were amazing! There were plenty of options for our food and drink all inclusive package. We highly recommend the margarita especials. The room was very clean and our ocean view was spectacular, in fact the staff stopped by several times through out the day to see if we needed fresh towels, garbage taken out etc. the staff was amazing! They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful from the minute we got there. It seemed to be a resort geared toward families, but the resort had so many pools and options that it truly did not effect us. Make sure to see the waiter Fredderico and entertainment coordinator Erik. Both made our trip so much fun!

we have been going to this hotel since 1996 and it,s just as great as it was then all the staff go out of there way to make sure you are having a great time. The beach look amazing. The drink,s were amazing wish i could go back tommorow.

If you stay at the Omni, get the all inclusive deal. It well worth it. The staff is friendly and cater to your needs and requests. Would have loved at least one more restaurant to eat at, but all being considered, they provide a nice selection. The food for the most part was very good. Drinks, snacks, quite tasty. Also, take advantage of the transportation to and from the airport when you book. $99.00 is not too much to ask for. You'll certainly pay more if you wait till you get there and take a taxi. The Omni has a great location because it's straight across from a bank to change over money, a pharmacy, another eatery, etc. The only draw back is that darned Timeshare pitching once you get off the plane. It's simply annoying. Also, The Omni have their own people to pitch you into joining their "Club" which you'll have to deal with. However, if you are as persistent as I was with telling them you're not interested, then they will get the message and then leave you alone to enjoy your vacation. Overall, a very nice time. I would definitely recommend the Omni for a stay in Cancun! Enjoy!!!

My wife and I went for 8 days in Cancun and stayed at the Omni Hotel. This hotel is amazing. We are a bit picky when it comes to food and hotels and all I can say is that this place was the perfect choice for us. If you want a casual vacation and you don't want to worry about getting dressed up for lunch or dinner, this is the place to go! The food at La Paloma buffet was different every night and delicious, they have healthy options, a variety of juices and desserts. We both enjoyed the buffet, the breakfast is delicious also. We had dinner twice at Da Vinci, food is excellent too, but you need to dress up in order to dine at this place. Lunch at Pina Colada is delicious. Waiters are also great at Pina Colada, especially Consuelo and Eduardo! Miss the staff at Omni, everybody is nice and they are willing to go above and beyond for the guests. We spent most of the time on the beach at Pina Colada and the waiters there are serving drinks on the beach. Cant get better than that! They say on the website that tips are included in the all inclusive package but the staff at Omni deserve extra tips! Omni also has entertainment activities until 10 pm and after that, the entertainers take the guests clubbin'. We paid $50 to go to The City and the entertainers arranged our transportation to the club, reserved our tables and stayed next to us while in the club. You are responsible for your transportation back to the hotel but it is totally worth it! Can't wait to go back to Omni next year!
