Wonderful stuff and amazing service
Stayed here while on a scuba diving trip to Cancun. The hotel staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. The rooms themselves were very luxurious and housekeeping did a nice job each day. It is in a good and quiet location away from the more crowded North end of the hotel zone. Room service was also delicious and reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Pleasantly Surprised
This hotel has activities just like a cruise ship. Everyday is a different activity, nightly shows and many pools to choose from. The Staff is pleasant and everything on the grounds are kept clean at all times. the ocean view rooms were fantastic and you could see the nightly shows from your balcony. We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations for the price we paid. Very pleased with the entire stay.

Winter wonderland
We thought our stay was very good. The door men were great assitings us to our rooms with our luggage. The room was very nice big bed, it was warm enough to lay out on the balcony. The only downfall the hot/pool tub was not warm enough for winter. With a beautiful beach and great dining.

Renting a scooter for very cheap. Great to get around Cancun on with you and your partner. Its called Scooter Cancun, (044) 99-81-68-65-17. And it was a very nice Moped.

Excellent Service
The hotel was great, plus the personal attending was super great with all the details and the food was superb, definitely I recommend the all inclusive package for family vacations, and I never felt insecure, Cancun is one of the places more secure for family vacations.

Awesome Christmas
This trip was awesome the omni staff where fantastic cleanest places I ever saw the service was fantastic the only problem I found was would have liked more varity in buffets but would suggest to anyone taking a trip like this all inclusive is the way to go

Beach lover!
Love this place!
The Omni is our home away from home. We love the rooms, the food and the people. But the very best thing is they have a small restaurant on the beach and we love to have breakfast there first thing in the morning. We tend to gravitate to Cancun in February and sometimes the weather can be a wee bit cool. Thats why the swim up "hot-tub" bar is the BEST! However, it wasn't even cool this time and we hung out there anyway. The ONLY thing about this location is that the ocean is always red flagged and so we didn't enter the sea as much as I like to do. DaVinci's is fantastic but make reservations as soon as you check in because it feels up quick. Drinks are plentiful and the bartenders really appreciate getting a little tip. We actually get a bunch of $2 bills before we go. They seem to like those:) Oh and the sushi bar is fantastic too! Have fun!

Short drive from hotel
Just a little hint...we used Grey Line transportation from the airport.......[...], $31 per person round trip, and were extremely pleased. This was our first time using them and they gave me a rose (when we arrived which was sweet)and my guy a free phone call back home, (which was awesome because the weather back home was awful)all while we waited. And they guarantee no more than 15 minutes wait time or you receive a private van! We didn't have to drop anyone else off at other places and we had a private ride back to the airport AND they were perfectly on time to take us back to the airport. Great company!

Very fine hotel - Great Location!
Great Winter Get A Way! Hotel was in excellent shape and very clean. Front Desk clerk upgraded me to an ocean view room just for asking. Perfect location, just steps to beach, several pools and hot tubs too! Staff was respectfully friendly too! Would definitely go back!

Consider not going all inclusive, as there are plenty of nice restaurants close by. Bus travel is available just outside the hotel and goes to town every 5 min.

Unbeatable location for the price
all of our family members enjoy this hotel. It's very nice view through our ocean view room. Food is good. but charge for internet and local call are expansive. we'll come back again!

If you plan of eating at their Italian restaurant make sure you make your reservations as soon as you get there and have the men bring long pants and close toed shoes. No shorts and sandels aloud there for the men. Hard to get a reservation too.
