Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort All Inclusive

overall trip was great resturant chose need to be little more there is lot of indian comunity comes there so i think there sould have atlest one indian resturant

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel we stayed at. The beach was very nice it was the water that was a sea weedy but they are continously working on cleaning it up. We stayed mostly at the pool side and in the pool which, in my opinion, was the place to be anyway. The staff was excellent. We had a couple minor little things go wrong, i.e coffee pot didn't work correctly, and they correct the problem. The selection of restaurants on the property was fantastic and the food was great. You could get about anything type of food one would every want. Plus they had a fabulous buffet to go with the nice restaurants. My only suggestions would be a little better nightly shows. We did see one comedian who was great. The other nightly entertainment was a little below par. They should also supply more transportation to downtown Cancun. We had a wonderful week's stay at the resort and are definitely thinking of going back in the near future.

This resort was absolutely amazing! My new husband and I went there for our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for anything better! We were waited on hand and foot by the hotel staff who answered everything with It's a pleasure. The pools were beautiful, there were palm trees everywhere, there was a white sandy beach right in front of the whole resort- everything was gorgeous! We had an ocean-front room with a huge jacuzzi tub right by the balcony- we could see the ocean from our bed and from the tub! This trip was entirely worth what we paid for it!! We did not want to leave when the week was over and we plan to go back next year if we can!!!

The resort is about 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Cancun's hotel zone, so there is not much to do outside the resort without a taxi ride. But the resort is huge and has plenty to do. Golf, spa, mini-golf, volleyball, multiple pools, club, bars, restaurants, rock climbing, nightly shows, tennis, basketball, ping-pong. You name it they've got it. The only negative I found was that the beach is very nice but the water is not the ideal Cancun turquoise water. You can take daily shuttles to the other Palace resorts which are on the hotel zone or in Riviera Maya. Overall great place and very friendly staff. Great place for family's and couples alike.

This was our first time staying at Moon Palace but our 2nd time staying at a Palace Resorts hotel. Both times were amazing. We stayed in the Villas near the golf course. The room was not near the beach or pools but the hotel offers golf carts that constantly run to pick you up in front of your room. It was door to door service which was conveinent since the property is so big. The food was fabulous with 13 restaurants. We enjoyed sushi, seafood, Italian, Brazilian, Mexican, etc... I recommend the a la carte restaurants for dinner since you can eat at the buffets for breakfast and lunch. For cocktails there are plenty of frozen colorful drinks.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a friends wedding. We felt at home the minute we walked through the door. We were treated like kings and queens by the staff. The staff was very informative and every time we called with a request or concern it was promptly answered or returned. I LUVED IT!!! Beautiful room and view!!! Couldn't have asked for much more, but a longer stay!!!!

My husband and I went to the Moon Palace for our 10 year anniversary. We wanted to just relax and enjoy the pools and beach. We did just that. It was perfect. The pools are wonderful. The beach was good - there was some seaweed but they do a great job keeping it clean. The sand is beautiful and the water was warmer than at the pools. The service at Moon Palace was wonderful - everyone is so friendly and customer service oriented. They are constantly maintaining the resort (but unintrusively). Our room was on the Nizuc side and was way at the end. At first, we were not sure that would be good - but it was great. It was very quiet and there are golf carts coming around all the time to give you a ride. We loved the jacuzzi tub in our room and the huge shower. The bed was very comfortable too. Our meals were excellent. We ate at the buffets, at the pool grill and at Momo No Hana (Japanese restaurant) and Restaurante Caribe (new Carribean restaurant). The weather was wonderful - even if it looked overcast, the sun always came out and it was beautiful. It rained one night (only for about an hour) it was while we were having dinner. We had no waits at the restaurants - we usually arrived around 6:00 when they opened, but even as we were leaving there were no lines. The resort is so big, we never felt like it was crowded, we never had a problem finding chairs at the pool or the beach. We would like to take another trip to Cancun in a few years and we would definitely stay at the Moon Palace again. Transportation Tip: We paid about $35 to get to the resort from the airport (we talked them down from $45 because he kept following us around). When we left the resort to go to the airport, we took a taxi and it only cost us $19. Look for the white taxis with the green stripe. Do not use the shuttle vans or private cars. There are plenty of taxis waiting outside the airport.

The Moon Palace Resort was top notch. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff are by far the nicest and most helpful people. The dining options are great as well, there are 12 restaurants to chose from with a variety of diffrent cuisine. There are plenty of activites offered so you are sure not to be bored. The location is perfect, approximately ten minutes from Cancun airport and off of the hotel zone.
