Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort All Inclusive

Beautiful resort with very well kept grounds, great beach and pools. Staff were incredibly attentive to all of our needs, and most knew us by name within the first few days. We stayed in a villa (junior suite) on the golf course and were given our own golf cart to use since the resort is so massive (what a unique experience). We took advantage of the $1,500 resort credit to take a tour of the Mayan ruins of Tulum (which was breathtaking and, even better, free!) as well as for upgraded wines and spa services (the hot stone massage is incredible). Also, Moon Palace had the best food, we feel, of any all-inclusive we have stayed at so far. Will definitely be back!

from the moment we arrived we were treated like a member of the family. our room and the view was beautiful. the food and drinks were all included and i was pleasantly surprised how good both were. there was a $1500 travel incentive that you could use for excursions but, we choose to float in the pool and relax. the service was the most impressive of any vacation I had ever taken. i will choose a palace resort for our next vacation.

We had a blast! Loved that it was ALL inclusive...cheeseburgers delivered to the room almost everynight were the best. Jaccuzi tub in the room was Great. Only thing that could've made it better would be a hammock in every room. Our friend had one but we didn't :( But this place was Awesome...i will definitely go again!

Our stay at Moon palace was fantastic from check in to check out, the staff top to bottom are great. If you like the beach/ocean you should take the courtesy buses to Cancun, Sun or Beach palace, what more do you want? nightly shows, delicious meals, friendly people. Can't beat that.

I booked this Cancun trip approx 3 weeks before going, very last minute impulsive deal. Orbitz helped a ton considering that I looked at the hotel because it had a "Best Value" tag attached to it. From the moment we arrived at the front door the service was amazing. The staff is very attentive and well spoken in English and Spanish. The hotel upkeep is amazing as well, not one complaint there. We had the all inclusive package with the 1500 point credit to use on tours, packages and room upgrades. We used them for 1 spa trip, 2 tours and some spa take home kits. They could use a little more specifics when explaining the tours though, they only function on certain days and we missed one because we weren't aware. They gave us a good discount on a separate tour to Xel-Ha, natural water park, for taking a 90 min "timeshare" like presentation . Minimal time out of our day really for $50 off. The room was amazing and offered Biosilk products upon arrival, but regular hotel stuff for re-stock...no big deal. Staff all around is AMAZING. Resorts can ask their employess to have good customer service skills, but these people go truly above and beyond. One server even shared his own recipe of salsa that he had offered us and we loved. On one occasion a server even carried my plate back to the table so i could fill another at the buffet. All inclusive is absolutely worth it. Many diverse buffet style restaurants and a couple sit downs. The italian restaurant was incredibly overrated, I prefer the buffet. Only down side was that the AC in the room was pointed directly at the beds and made it feel like you were sleeping in the wild artic, but the humidity was unbearable so it had to be on. Moon Palace resort is beautiful and quiet. Very nice facility and friendly staff. There is a daily bus shuttle that takes you to different hotels to within the same network which is really nice. The food is also above average.

Went on a four day vacation and now wishes we stayed longer. The hotel was amazing, clean, and very comfortable. The location on the beach was convenient. The golf course was incredible, and we look forward to coming back to play again. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. This is was one of our most enjoyable vacations and we really loved the Moon Palace Nizuc. We will return next year!

The resort was great! The staff was great and very welcoming. They were very attentive to all our needs. The food was delicious!! Not your typical "all inclusive" everything was great, and everyone did everything in their hands to make your stay so enjoyable and great. I have nothing but great reviews for this resort.
