Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort All Inclusive

would recommend to all my friends plan on going back with in the year. We were treated like a king and queen. Moon Palace Resort.

The room was clean and nicely maintained. Though it could be a little bigger. It is small for a family with 2 kids. My kids loved the Kids' Club. My youngest kid wanted to spend all his time at the Kids' Club.

the only complaint I have is there are no elevators, to many steps, hard for an older person. There is a Pillar in the room which is in the way, I sprained my toe Twice, not good. Tv is bad quality, but that don't matter, because u are busy doing other things. The staff was very nice Ns helpful bent over backwards for u. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area are really nice. The food is just ok, the beef is tough, the fish is to die for, so many choices of restuarants . Great drinks, They need more offers of transportation Into cancun, more times.

We stayed in the Nizuc Section. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a spectacular view of the ocean! If you have the choice I would recommend the Sunrise Section. Although we woudl stay in the Nizuc again (nothing wrong with it) The pool and restaurants were the best in the sunrise section so it would cut down on walking when you just want something fast! This resort is huge! The spa is a must :) We are both 25 and married and loved it! They have shows every night and always something going on. We didnt do any excusions but they looked awesome as well. We just opted to relax all day! Try the pizza at the pool!!! No need to leave the resort! The staff is AMAZING!! You really are treated like royalty. My husband speaks little spanish and I speak none an we had no problem, everyone is very friendly and speaks English and other languages fluently! Kid friendly as well! We dont have children but plenty of others did.

Overall the resort was great. We were steps from the beach and all of the restaurants and bars were covered in the package.

The staff at this resort went above and beyond to accomodate. No need to leave the resort with variety of beach sports, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Accomodations were well kept inside the units and around the grounds. WI-Fi was spotty at times, but each unit is given 30 minutes internet time during their stay to make contact with home. Food, drinks, room service available 24/7. Couples massage a wonderful experience. Golfing was popular for a lot of people. Very safe, no fear on resort as it is secluded from general population.

Stayed at Moon Palace's - Nizuc hotel. With three different restaurants and a sweets and coffee shop, 6+ pools, a myriad of bars and food by the pools, staff that waits on your every need, it really doesn't get much better! And there is entertainment every night right at the hotel! and if you didn't like the entertainment that they have to offer at your particular hotel, you can walk by the ocean or take the hotel shuttle to the neighboring one to catch that show! Really great. When you're at almost anyone of the restaurants for dinner ask the waiter to make you a Mayan coffee! What a show - and a great after dinner drink! Enjoy!

I travled to Mood Palace with my husband for my sister's wedding. It was luxiourous and we felt very pampered by staff. Rooms were fully stocked and everything we needed was provided. Food was fantastic and you can't beat all inclusive choices.

The stay was nice but the quality of the hotel has gone down some since we were there in 2009. Food selections were ok. The $1500 resort points were somewhat suspect. Could not really use all the points unless we spent additional money. The timeshare hawkers were a bit of a pain too.
