Marriott CasaMagna Resort Cancun

The Marriott Casamagna continues to excel time after time. The location is ideal with easy access to transportation, minutes from t he hotel. The taxis are readily available as well. The premium ocean view room on the third floor was fantastic, with full view of the Caribbean sea, pool and the grounds. The balconies are over sized. The gift shop is well stocked and the Deli and gelato bar is excellent. The breakfast buffet is excellent and highly recommend. The restaurants on site compliment any culinary desire and taste, including a sports bar. The nightly live music in the lobby adds so much ambience and a very lively atmosphere. The staff were friendly, always greeting all hotels guests and very engaging. I personally commend the H.R. department, they have committed the funds and time to train their staff with exceptional guest service. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. I will return in the future.

The hotel is near the sea and you can enjoy the swiming and the food.

Hotel was very clean, pretty setting. Beach is gorgeous. Pool was average, many of the lounge chairs were broken. Service throughout the hotel was exceptionally gracious. Limited dining options- especially for breakfast where they have you captive with a $25.00 (USD) per person buffet charge. Concierge service excellent. Bus accessibility was very easy to get into town for malls, restaurants etc... the best way to get into town. For those interesting in working out- gym is decently equipped for the basics.. and has a Smith machine if you bring your own TRX- a good place to attach it. Was there to celebrate my daughter's 22nd birthday, and other than the cost of food-water-drinks etc... it was a very good value. The JW next door is even nicer if you want better pools- and pool facilites....

Excellent service, beautiful view of the pool and the ocean, beautiful atmosphere, met wonderful people. The only things missing in our opinion were a coffee maker and a refrigerator.

Very good location / great staff / pool and beach were perfect. Only issue was the cost of wfi it was a bit pricey. Good choice!

I could rate this vacation as 3 out of 5 stars. The hotel was clean, beautiful and well kept. The decorations were very nice and the whole entourage is pleasant. The ocean was great! Therefore, the hotel was nice overall, but there are some negative points: 1) The food around was expensive (average dish was ~ $40 , morning buffet was $25 (and that's without tips)) and not very interesting. Moreover, the overall quality was not very high. 2) The kid's room was either closed or all the children's activities were conducted outside in the basing sun & crazy heat 3) The hotel's pool was too small and the water had a very strong chlorine smell to it. 4) Internet was super pricey---$19.99 per hour is pure torture. Overall I might recommend this to my friends, but only if they are without kids.

great hotel, really was surprised at how clean it was, the location was perfect if youre looking for a relaxing vacation.

Staff was superb. Orbizt failed to inform hotel reservation was for 4 adults all inclusive. Although it took some time at front desk, Hotel honored all inclusive for 4 adults hassle free. Hotel deeply apologized for the inconvenience and made our stay very enjoyable. Food is superb but expensive. Therefore look for the all inclusive deal and make sure it is included for all your party.

Everything was great. no problem with check in/out, clean room, clean halls, nice views, people was polite, bilingual, 3 restaurants.

Hotel was beautiful....enjoyed poolside service, gift shop where we were able to get delicious salads, sandwiches, snacks and gifts. All tne staff was very helpful and nice....Had an oceanview room, which was upgraded to a oceanfront...AWESOME!!
