Fabulous!
This is the best trip to tropical islands that I've ever had. All staff are pleasant and polite. Food is good, especially I like breakfast buffet (silk). They have a wide variety of drinks. The room has a beautiful ocean view (luxury oceanfront), nicely decorated. The rain shower is so confortable! Amenities (avene) are also good. The price is a little high but I was greatly pleased.

The Me by Melia is definitly a 5 star operation. The staff, food, drink & rooms were exceptional. Our stay was most pleasant & would go back again.

Fabulous getaway with friends
I was there with two girlfriends and we had such a great time at the ME. We bought the all-inclusive package and it was a great deal. Everything was included and the only money we spent on our trip was on tips. The food and service was excellent. The ME also has a great ambiance for a younger crowd looking to enjoy the beauty of cancun, relax and have a good time.

Outstanding amenities! Would go back!
The hotel was great. Super staff, clean, laid out well. The best part is the outdoor areas. Well appointed with waiter services everywhere, including on the beds on the beach! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing time. Adults only adds to the ambience.

I have been to Mexico many times but have never stayed in Cancun in fear of spring breakers and also just crowds of people with all of the hotels one after the other. BUT i found the ME by Melia resort and thought Id give it a shot. It was unbelieveable. The food, the service, the moderness... EVERYTHING was GREAT!!

Perfect. It exceeded my expectations ...
My partner and I stayed there from March 8-March 15 and I cannot rave enough about our Complete ME Experience (just "all inclusive" does not serve it justice). While I did a lot of research and was worried about some of the negative comments, we decided to stay at ME Hotel and we were so amazingly surprised. The hotel attracts the super trendy, young, chic and "gente bien" (a term in Mexico coined for the affluent people) and that is one of the reasons why we loved this hotel. We were a little skeptical about the food choices (again based on prior comments) but from meal number one we were impressed! The drinks were also fantastic and we love to drink, so we were at the right spot. It's really a place to be seen and to have a good time. The beach themed parties in the weekend had the most amazing dance/trance/pop music, so that was a plus -- no need for iPods on the adult only pools. The service from the majority of the staff was great -- Silk & Salt a la carte restaurants blew us away, they were so fabulous. The manager from Silk always greeted us when we ate there and [...](a server at Salt) was the most attentive server we have ever had. There was also [...](a server at Beachbar) who was super nice and pretty much pampered us for lunch time. Not even in the U.S. top restaurants compare to how well he took care of us. The hostesses for breakfast and dinner, adorable and always helpful in giving you the best table in the house, and always smiling with sincerity -- a nice touch to our experience. We can't wait to go back, hopefully their standards will last forever at ME Hotel and I'm happy we ignored the negative comments here. If there is anything to say in our experience that the hotel could improve by is having more Front Desk clerks. The check-in/out process was a bit slow but this is high season, so next time hopefully we will not wait in line as long as we did but this was such a small critique from our grand experience at ME Hotel. Also maybe those concierges trying to sell you a "suite" deal was not really necessary. To me that lowers the value of the hotel's amenities, Complete ME experience, great service and location are enough to guarantee anyone an excellent stay. Great job to the management of the restaurants, bars, public areas and housekeeping. You all exceeded my expectations. Nos vemos muy pronto ME.
