ME Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Oriented

The good stuff :We loved this hotel. Upgrading to "the Level" was worth it. We actually stayin in the "passion suite" which has a large balcony with a bali bed on it. This is a very hip property. Lots of beautiful people. The pool area was nice and quiet during the week which we loved. A bali bed near the pool came with our room. Drinks and a limited menu can be delivered right to you poolside. we loved that. You can also get a bali bed for $40/day if you want one and its not included with your room. Things to consider: I believe unless you upgrade to this level, you dont get a balcony. Also, the pools outside were chilly. on saturday they open the pool up to outsiders who are not staying at the resort. the place got really busy. If you like a party, this is the place to be. we found it too busy and loud on saturday. Overall, we loved the property and the staff was wonderful

First off, the service here is excellent, as is the food. The room was clean and comfortable and we felt very well looked after. The only drawbacks were the lighting, which was dim everywhere, all the time, and that even with the all inclusive bracelet you have to sign for every drink or food item.

Had an awesome time. Staff was incredibly friendly. Would stay there again.

We arrived early so the staff accomodated us with early check in. Room wasnt ready but we received the wristbands (which were actually nice) to enjoy the anemities in the hotel. Room was celan amd big, 2 bathrooms, Staff was freidnly and accomodating. The pool bar was a blast.

I would like to start off by saying, this is by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff was amazing and it shocked us by how they did not skip a beat with anything and accommodating they were. We were greeted every single time from who ever worked there. They were always happy and treated people like they were celebrities. I can not stress enough how amazing this trip was. It was our anniversary for two years and i could of not been happier with this resort. The location is breath taking the rooms are extremely clean. The food is outstanding and once again the staff was excellent.. We will be back very soon! Who ever has complained about this hotel is obnoxious and miserable!

What a wonderful get away...this was such a beautiful place and experience. The staff is super attentive. The hotel is beautiful and sexy! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. Perfect stay!

Upon arrival at ME Cancun we were greeted with several friendly faces happy to help with our luggage. The front desk greeted us and asked us what type of activities and things we enjoyed doing so they could better serve us. Check in was quick and easy. We were early and our room was not quite ready, they held our bags and sent us off to lunch at one of the many great restraints. Lunch was great, we had six in our party and they seated us every time with little to no wait. We tried all the restraints and enjoyed them all. The food was great we really enjoyed the Asian bistro. The drinks where good also, little Alcohol as expected in each drink (pool side). The drinks at dinner where far better than those by the pool. The pool area was really nice, the cabana’s where wonderful to have at no cost. I was not sure I would use the water fetcher but it was a nice relaxing treatment to enjoy. The beach is one of the best I have seen. This was our second trip to Cancun and the beach is just spectacular, the white sand and the blues of the ocean, fantastic. I loved how many different chairs and cabana’s where on the beach for our use. It really does have something for everyone. The one thing that was missing is activity’s to do on the beach, no volleyball or things like that. It is a place to relax, have wonderful meals, and club.

The service is very good and the restaurants are fantastic.

My wife and I decided to take a mini-moon to ME Cancun. With only 3 nights of staying there I can say that I will be back with friends and family. The Hotel staff was highly courteous and attentive. The food and drinks were outstanding. The decor is reminiscent of a museum of modern art. Overall, a wonderful experience. My wife and I can't wait to return.

The hotel is gorgeous!!! Very easy to find a place to relax during the day either by the pool or the beach. And each is close enough to the bar if you want to grab a drink or a bite to eat. At night you can either party at the Rose Bar onsite or catch a cab and club at a local club. The mall is just a short walk away if you need to do any shooping. The view from the room is excellent and the mini bar is well stocked. The only critique is you may not want to get caught up with the time share presentation, they do give you a discount for excursions if you attend but I found that outside travel reps at the hotel gave better prices for the excursions.
