The Live Aqua Cancun is a 371-room, nine-floor oasis on the Yucatan Peninsula. The resort has Mayan-inspired architecture with modern touches. Great swimming pool and location
I was extremely satisfied with my stay starting from checkin to checkout. We were greeted with tea and a hand massage upon checkin and the bellboy promptly gave us a tour of the room and facilities. The food was great and the amenities were stupendous! I loved to hang out at the various pools and there is an outdoor jacuzzi you can use. the scenery is beautiful. We also tried the spa. For $20 you have access the spa. Try the foot hydrobath if you get a chance. it is super relaxing! We will be returning the Cancun and Aqua is our first choice! Highly recommended.....

Great Stay
From check in to check out and everything in between Aqua Cancun was everything a vacation should be. The view from the room was amazing. The pools were georgous and I really liked how they were all different tempatures. The food by the pool was the best I have had and I have traveled all through the Carribean at 4 and 5 star resorts.

The City is the largest club I have ever been to. It can hold 5000 people. The music is really good.

A relaxing hotel
The Aqua Hotel was very relaxing. The hotel is located just across the street from a very nice shopping mall and many restaurants are just a short walk away. The Hotel was not crowded and the staff were very accomodating to any request. The only downsides were the phone in the room didn't work and the water was shut off for repairs the first night.

Great getaway!
The Aqua Cancun was a lovely place to stay. It was very comfortable, with a soft bed, a spacious bathroom and a great view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and prompt with service. Dinner and breakfast were excellent!

Great Hotel, but....
This is our second visit to Aqua. It is a great hotel in a great location. I wish will have more options for lunch and dinner, even breakfast. For example, the first day the menu in at the breakfast restaurant was very limited, no buffet. Don't order an espresso coffee, it's not good at all. The bar close to the same restaurant is cozy and nice, but abusive in pricing. One drink cost us the equivalent at $85, be aware!!. The staff is very friendly and the concierge is wonderful.

very friendly
A beautiful hotel, it was since the begining like a spa the aromatherapy was great, the evenings at the hotel were like a dream, the people that work in there are awsome, the only workers I did not see much were the maids that clean the room they were not always the same and it was hard to tip them. Food was good and a good price for Cancun. I can't wait to go back.

Romantic Paradise
Excellent modern beautiful facility. Wonderful accomodations. Loved the beautiful private beach. Restaurant a little pricey. Pools were breathtaking. Loved the aromotherapy throughout the hotel and in my room.

Our experience was wonderful. The staff and hotel are amazing. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. No STRESS !! The view is awesome in the ocean front room and very clean and efficient. Love the pillows! My husband said that he had the most comfortable pillow and bed he has ever slept on !! Aqua is in a great location, right accross the street from great resturants and lots of shopping at the new mall. We will definitly return to AQUA !!

The hotel is in a greta location, just acroos from La Isla shopinng center. Also, bedides the restaurant in the hotel , you have several in the area, at just a block away. Services are 5 start , like the Hotel. KUDOS for Aqua.
