We didn't actually go to any clubs but if you want a little more nightlife and entertainment its just a short walk to downtown where all the clubs and bars are.

The whole trip was great the staff did everything they could to keep you happy and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a ... better vacation. The food was all gourmet and if they didn't have something on the menu all you had to do was ask and they cooked you whatever you wanted. The pools were beautiful and always clean. Our room was cleaned 2 times a day and the butler was always very helpful. We took 2 trips that were included the jungle tour and the trip to chechin itza. Both the booking and the transportation to the trip were a breeze. I definately recommend going to the jungle tour it was so much fun. For Chechin Itza it's definately worth while and they even pack you a to go lunch for the trip there. I can't find one thing to complain about when it comes to Le Blanc everything was nice and clean and I will be going back in the future. Oh and the spa was great definately take advantage of the 25 min massage it was awesome!

My husband and I stayed at Le Blanc for for my birthday during our stay we spent time at the pool, enjoyed the tranquil ... spa,dined on fabulous cuisine we simply enjoyed this gorgeous resort and of course the service was flawless the entire experience far surpassed our expectations.

This was just an amazing place. The service was fantastic, never had anything like it before and we have stayed at many five ... star hotels and resorts. Quite, restfull, days and nights. The spa treatments were fantastic. We are already planning on going back in March.

Amazing Food, Even Better Service. Amazing Infinity Pool Feels like you are in the ocean without actually dealing with the ... seaweed. The spa was out of this world, true professional therapists. The Butler service is a bit overrated, basically a concierge floor at a Major hotel. Would highly recommend Le Blanc for couples who need a getaway.

We spent a wonderful week at Le Blanc! The staff was super friendly and attentive. You are assigned a personal butler who ... does a variety of services (unpacking/packing, drawing a jacuzzi for when you return from dinner, etc). The food is quite yummy and the bartenders can make just about anything! The pool area is gorgeous, as well. We would highly recommend Le Blanc for couples looking for a serene, relaxing vacation.

The hotel has various tours you can go on- we went to Chichen Itza which was very cool but be prepared: you leave the serenity of the Le Blanc and enter the world of mass tourist land! Be prepared for a long bus ride, long entrance lines, and extreme heat during the tour.

We visited LeBlanc summer of 2008 (we got engaged during that time), we jut got married in July and tried very hard to plan a ... vacation that would top our engagement. Needless to say, we loved LeBlanc so much we went back to spend our Honeymoon. You are treated like royalty, the food is amazing, and the butler on each floor makes planning excursions and filling your jacuzzi, etc... so easy! Can't wait to go back.

I read the reviews before we left with people raving about this place and the staff. I thought they were a bit over the top ... but they were not. It is impossible to explain the truly amazing Le Blanc. My husband and I enjoyed a spa day which included an hour of hydrotherapy pre-relaxation that was like everything else at Le Blanc - that something extra!! We had excursions included in our package...we did the snorkeling which was a lot of fun - saw a nurse shark, stingray, lots of fish and coral. We also went on a day trip to Isla Mujeres where we made separate arrangements at Dolphin Discovery to swim with dolphins. It was incredible - we got to pet them, do a dorsal fin ride and then a foot push which is where they push you with their noses by your feet completely out of the water. That was all we did outside of the hotel. There really is not much reason to leave. The food was absolutley wonderful. Each restaurant is themed, one french, oriental, italian...etc. The french has a 7 course tasting menu that was paired with wines - MAGNIFIQUE! Every meal was wonderful - even the menu at the pool bar was great - very yummy! There was entertainment each night - early entertainment (6pm) was classical (pianist, violinist, etc) and later (8 or 9) was karaoke, a fire show, trivia game, etc. Final words - Every wish is their command - Perfection!!!

Honeymoon at Le Blanc

We arrived at the airport and were approached by this official looking guy who we thought was from the hotel/transportation. ... He told us that if we went to this 90 minute presentation we would get free tours. We had to pay a deposit and were guaranteed to get it back when we attended the presentation. Pass on this!!! We were harrassed 4 times during our stay about this presentation where they sell timeshares. It gave a sour taste to our entire honeymoon. The hotel was really beautiful and the pool and beach were beautiful. The food was weird. I guess we aren't 5 star diners because we had a difficult time enjoying the food. The drinks were weak. The staff was nice. However, during a painting lesson, one of the staff was talking in spanish saying she didn't like that all the guests were "Whiteys". My husband speaks Spanish fluently and she didn't realize this. It was pretty akward. We probably won't return.

Incredible Place

My girlfriend and I were first timers in Cancun and we couldn't have been happier. Le Blanc is an incredibly beautiful ... resort with first class service (especially the butlers and the concierge). The infinity pool right in front of the beach is the perfect place to relax. I spent a lot of time reading reviews online trying to find the best beach in Cancun and I think I found it at Le Blanc. You can actually swim in the ocean at Le Blanc and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas if you just want to sit and relax. Make sure to go on the Jungle Tour, which is included in the all-inclusive package. You get your own small boat (with engine) and follow a tour guide to a coral reef where you snorkel with hundreds of fish and other sealife. We were only there for 4 nights, so we didn't want to use an entire day to do any of the other included tours, but Chichen Itza is supposed to be incredible and we would have taken that tour if we had more time. We had spa treatments that were wonderful (50 minute serenity massage), one of the best I've ever had. The food options are plentiful at the lunch and breakfast buffet, plus you can order 24 hour room service or order from the pool waitresses (all included). For dinner, we thought the Asian restaurant was the best. We weren't thrilled with the French and Italian restaurants and we didn't realize until it was too late that you can actually have dinner at the international restaurant that serves as the breakfast and lunch buffet, but we walked by and the food being served looked good. Overall, the food was good but not great. Make sure to order a Bob Marley at the pool bar, delicious! Being a first timer I have no basis to compare Le Blanc to other resorts in Cancun, but I can tell you it would be very difficult to do better.

The club zone is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Coco Bongo is a great club that puts on Vegas-style shows in between playing normal club-type music. It's expensive to get in but all drinks are included. If you don't want to pay a cover, go to Corona Bar or the other club that's right across from Corona Bar.

Stay away from the open air market where the road splits (3/4 mile to the north) on Kukulkan. The vendors are very annoying and they make shopping unbearable. Shop at the indoor shops acrooss the street on the Gulf side.

La Isla Shops are a short drive from the hotel. You also have Plaza Caracol in the other direction which is a short walk (15 minute walk) but La Isla is much nicer.
