Le Blanc Spa Resort Adults Only All Inclusive

For 95% of the trip Le Blanc Resort and Spa was fantastic. For the most part the staff was fantastic and accessible. The amenities were above average, as was the food. Here are my several complaints. 1) The drinks were fare....often seemed watered down or just poorly made...make sure you direct them specifically on what you want. 2) The biggest issue by far was the French restaurant (supposedly the best there) We went in with a party of six..we were told they could not seat us together and would put us at 3 two tops, at which point I turned to my left and asked about the empty six top. She huffed and said it would take a few minutes to clear the table....it took 30 minutes....to clear a table at a resaurant that wasn't even halfway filled. To top it off...when we sat down the table had ants all over it!! We got up and the hostess did nothing...didn't even offer to seat us somewhere else...we prompty left and went over to the Italian restaurant and the manager there (David) took GREAT care of us. Pulled some tables together, had us sitting down in 10 minutes...and served us a phenomenal meal with all sorts of apps and salads. He really made our night after it really started out poorly. So....all in all I give the hotel high marks...The grounds were beautiful, all the staff were very helpful and gracious except the hostess who worked in the French restaurant....maybe she was having a bad night...you'd think she'd be a tad nicer especially since there were ants (not one or two.....a colony) on our table when we sat down. We'll be back...just not for French!

This was our 2nd time at this resort, and we continue to be wowed by the service and amenities. The staff goes out of their way to meet every request, no matter how big or small. A few highlights: 1. The service in all of the restaurants and bars is top-notch...even the breakfast and lunch (which are buffet style), where there are servers to carry your plates for you! The Italian restaurant is particularly fabulous. 2. The pools are amazing...there is nothing like sitting in either of the infinity pools, sipping on a margarita, and watching the waves roll in. And the service at the pools is also phenomenal--towels brought as soon as you sit down, buckets of ice with your drink of choice, wicker baskets of muchies to sample throughout the day, umbrellas moved to keep you in the shade or sun...this is how a vacation should be! 3. The spa services are also amazing...the aloe wrap is particularly refreshing if you've had too much sun...and I've never been more relaxed than during my 80 minute therapeutic massage. There are 2 areas that could use improvement, but these are very minor: 1. The quality of the steaks--the meat is nowhere near the quality you'd get at a good American steakhouse. Much of it is more fatty and lacking any kind of aging or seasoning. 2. Cooking meats to the proper temperature. There seems to be a fear of serving anything that might be even slightly undercooked. As a result, some fish is dry and steak and lamb can be tough.

The LeBlanc Spa lived up to all the highly rated service hype. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The food was generally excellent, the rooms were clean a well maintained, and the guests were well behaved. If you are looking for an active, rocking environment, look elsewhere. If you want comfort, relaxation, and peace, you will be very pleased with this resort.

Excellent Service, Excellent Food, Excellent Property, Excellent SPA, Golf Etc.

i am traveling with my girlfriend. We have been in Myconos, Positano, Anguilla but this resort can make you feel so, so relax ;) Fine restaurants with menu and great staff. Spa is perfect. Le Blanc makes you feel so comfortable. Room with jacuzzi and buttler? Yes, it is included.

The Le Blanc Hotel was outstanding in so many ways. The hospitality of the staff and the quality of the hotel was very impressive. I went with my father just because he wanted to take a trip and can't travel alone. I did feel a little out of place since we seemed to be the only guys there without a significant other to enjoy this romantic setting with. That was not any fault to the Hotel's nor did they make us feel out of place (it was my own hangup). The hospitality and food was top notch. The staff was very attentive and wanted to take care of our needs. They really went above and beyond. The weather was not good for 4.5 of the 6 day stay, but there was nothing to be done about that. The staff tried to squeegie off the pool area and be ready for the sun. The only improvements I would like to see are more stations on the satellite TV (especially for when the weather is poor) and a shuttle to the other Palace Hotels. It would have been nice to break up the stay a little by visiting the other properties and a shuttle would have made that more appealing. With the all-inclusive you are able to visit and eat at any Palace Resort. All-in-all I would stay again in a heartbeat. Can't wait to take my wife back there for an anniversary.

This is our second time at this hotel, the only hotel I have ever been back to twice for pleasure. Staff are wonderful, food is excellent and abundant and drinks are top shelf. Only drawback is the wine selection. The free wine is very poor and the wine "top selection" wine you can pay for is also poor. If I am going to pay for wine at least give me something worth paying for! Bottom line, would keep going back as it does not get better than this!

This was one of the best vacations that I have ever been on. Le Blanc Spa resort was amazing, the food was great, the service was spectacular, and the resort was clean and beautiful.

The cost is high but is worth it. You have to consider all you are getting. All the great food, top shelf liquor, room service, someone always asking you what you need and checking on you. Pillow menu, whirlpool with aroma therapy and bath salts etc. They do not skimp on anything and actually walk around trying to get you to have another drink, order food etc. Also had 1500 room credit for tours, spa etc. Would have easily have spent the same going somewhere else and paying for the tours or worse yet somewhere where you had to pay for the food. I feel we saved in end and it was all top end. Bring long pants for dining as that was the only dress code.

I had great time with my wife at leblanc Cancoon. All staff member was super kind and food was also great. French restaurnat has good mood. Food of Italian was soooo yummy. I definitly recommand this place to a new honeymooners.
