Krystal Cancun Beachfront Resort

This is 39th stay at Cancun Krystal. Love the hotel for location, can walk to 2 malls, flee markets, and the major nightclubs within just 2 blocks. Is Also excellently connected to Cancun's fantastic bus system. Staff is long term and very polite and responsive. This is not your all inclusive cheap get away, where your are trapped at one location. But very nice prices and great location. They have done an excellent job in remodeling the beaches for any that have come after a major storm. I highly recommended as a 3+ hotel, and will always stay there in the future. Steve Sparks

Great location - If you like the night life, this is the perfect location. It is close to all the bars/clubs as well as late-night munchies. Fantastic view - What better way to wake up than to a beautiful view and sound of the waves. We upgraded, totally worth it. Friendly staff - Everyone was super friendly/courteous at all times. Would we stay here again? Yes. It wasn't the creme-of-the-crop hotel but it was perfect for us because we were on the go during the day and would only came back to the hotel to sleep and... ;)

My experience at this hotel was not good at all. They put me in the old side of the "resort" First of all, they should not label themselves as a "resort". They are far from one!!!! The building we stayed at was old, noisy and had an odor. I had to moved rooms twice because the first room had a very bad smell-like drainage, then the second room was dirty missing a clock, safe did not work, AC went out the last couple of days. Our stay there was miserable!!! The manager did not even contact us nor offer an apology. I had my two and half son with me and the crib they put in the room was falling in pieces. it was old, small and rattling every time my son will move. Staff was not too friendly specially valet parking; they told me once they could not park my car because they did not have enough personnel. Overall-it was not a pleasant experience and I will not stay there again, not will recommend to anyone!

Been to Cancun many times over the years and have stayed at several hotels but this one remains my favorite. Remember these are not the same as hotels back home, even the ones with the U.S. names (Hyatt, Sheraton), it's Mexico, not Las Vegas, LA, or NYC. Food, service, and rooms are not 5 star, but they are fine (who wants to stay all the time in their hotel in Cancun). The price, beach, and location are unbeatable. Being able to walk to most places and not have to take a cab, having one of the prettiest beach fronts, makes up for any and all deficiencies. Definitely the place to stay.

Stayed six days, loved the beach-front view. The only down fall is that the rooms have very thin walls. Half our stay we had to listen to a crying child and yelling parents, not romantic at all. Other than that, staff is super friendly. They have live entertainment on the weekends, great bar staff too. The pools are nice and clean, even have a kid's pool and area. The hotel location is great for night-life goers; clubs, bars, taco stands galore! Would definitely visit again.

All was good except the lady and staff that checked us out of room and accused us of drinking some of their drinks in room. We did not even touch their drinks, we bought all our drinks from outside. That was really rude and didn't even bother apologizing, instead lady just became serious didn't even say goodbye or thank you for visiting us.

Food was great, room service all inclusive , the best location, bar service is slow and drinks repetitive but it really doesn't matter that much as its a relaxed atmosphere pool and beach side service included Bali beds etc always free stay to the restaurant under the new building amazing views and helpfull staff

Room had horrible lighting and had so much noise from the cooling system that was right outside of our room. Staff was not really helpful when you asked questions and I'm a native Spanish Speaker so language was not an issue. WIFI was horrible. The only good thing was the location. Location was central to anything we wanted to do.

This was a great Spring Break destination. The location for this hotel is amazing if you go to Cancun for partying. It is within walking distance from all the major hotspots (Senor Frogs, The City, Coco Bongo). The room was great for the price. Staff was nice especially the guys towel guys who hooked it up with the water sport activities like flying, snorkeling, jet skiing etc. Overall a good experience during break.

This hotel is a great value. The staff are friendly and the location is ideal for any activities available in Cancun.
