fantastic and relaxing vacation
The food was great in each of the restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The view was a 5 star view. Last but not least, the staff were friendly and ready to satisfy the guests. The front desk staff, especially Eduardo, were wonderful to deal with, answered all questions and were overall very helpful.

The trip to the Tulum Ruins was a 2 hour drive. We rented a car and went to the ruins. Personally, not worth it. Also, the free sunset cruise is basically a promotion to get you to a restaurant called Carlos and Charlie's. Pass on this.

Best Place to stay in Cancun
It's hard to tell where to stay in a place you had never been before and reviews seems all the same. This is the place you want to come back. My wife and I agreed we didn't stay long enough. So get 2 extra days in your calendar and enjoy as much as you can.

You want to stay at Hyatt Regency
This is the best location in the hotel area. This modern contemporary mixed with local maxi can architechture makes you want to stay longer and the staff makes you to actually live there. I will come back to this great place.

Perfect Vacation!
The Hyatt has the perfect location, top quality staff and the best value on the strip. Our three college age kids walked one block to the top clubs in Cancun while Mom and Dad could relax in comfort only a short distance away. The beach and the views were great! The food was very good! Do not forget to ask the front desk for the 50% off credit program that covers all the food and drinks you want at the resort. We will be back! Mucho Gracias!

carrabean delight
The hotel was in the perfect location, walk 5 minutes in either direction and you could find great shopping & a nightclub area that was hopping all night. Dining options from fast food to casual to fine. A short cab or bus ride would take you into the heart of the city or to the places to enjoy every water sport imagineble. The beach (entirely publc) in back the hotel was the best area on the coast. At the very end of the beach next to the breakwall. made it uncrowded and the calmest waters on the coast. the hotel caters to its guests on the beach with outstanding food & beverage service. I will definately be back again.

Vacation to Paradise!
Hotel staff was wonderful during our recent vacation to Cancun! Especially Angel (Bellman), Edwin (server at O Restaurant), and a very sweet older lady in housekeeping (unfortunately didn't get her name). The Beach House Spa was wonderful! The Grill has very good food and mango margaritas. The Deli also has great sandwiches and gelato -- they only take Pesos or credit cards though at the Deli. Also you can get your boarding passes printed there (for a small fee). The only downfall would be that it is all tiled floors, so tends to be a little noisy (you can hear when people around you move their chairs, ottomans, etc. But I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's in walking distance to other restaurants, StarBucks, and shopping.

Plaza Le Fiesta Mexican Outlet is in walking distance. It is a very large outlet: clothing, sunglasses, food, alcohol, and they also have souvenirs and a little deli area. Worth the walk, as across the street are other restaurants to try. Also across from the hotel is Paloma Bonita (opens at 6pm) -- great food and ambiance!

loved the location, it's located at the end of the peninsula by the coral area, beautiful beach front!and spa. jetskis available from the beach front would have been nice. Overall very good value and very close to local attractions.And the restaurant O a plus
