Staying at the Hyatt was fantastic and we will surely return. We hopped the local bus to access ever location we were looking for at a fraction of a cab fare. We went to Fred's, a local seafood restaurant, which we highly recommend-best food of a 2 week vacation. The food in the hotel was above par though a bit pricy and the breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth the cost. Our wait staff were friendly and good conversationalist and attentive. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs and tiki huts. Over all it was a fabulous 4 night stay.

We went by bus to the newly opened Cancun Museum which was excellent a must see while staying in Cancun.

Cancun vacation
The hotel was ordinary. Needs to be remodeled. The rooms was clean, but needs to be updated. The pool area need to be modernized. The staff was great.

Everything was perfect! (almost)
The location is great to walk in town, the only downside is that the hotel food wasn't very good and one of the waiters on the beach was rude.

OVERALL GREAT PLACE!
Great Hotel with great views of the ocean. Rooms Could use a little updating and the cost of food and drinks at the hotel is a little spendy but overall great place to stay and the pool and the beach area are FANTASTIC

amazing hidden secret. beautiful hotel - all rooms have balconies. amazing views. pool beach area the best. big section with calmest ocean in all of cancun. amazing sand. took 2 min from room to sand- not long walks anywhere you want to go.3rd time in cancun and this was best. luxurious. fancy robes and modern rooms. serene, and calm environment throughout all hotel.if you want be surrounded by a lot of pple and a rowdy party place dont go here - just walk 2 min to all clubs. fun activities during day, like beach and pool volleyball.

Free wifi but slow. Nice food but too pricy!
I stayed the hotel since it provides the free wifi and has a great location which is near the clubs, bus, and ferry. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel but just spent too much money on meals everyday since this is not a all inclusive hotel. I will probably try the resorts hotels which near the liverpool mall area next time.

Amazing staff and hotel
The staff at the Hyatt Regency Cancun are amazing. The room was always clean and comfortable. The view was breathe taking and the food was remarkable. They serve u hand and foot from beginning to end. This was my first trip to cancun and they made it just right. The hotel has prime location and is steps away from many restaurants and night life. The beach is relaxing and the ambiance is sincere an just what I needed. Invest in the club view room, is a little more but u wot regret it. You get an assume view, percentage off the brunch offered on the fort floor, free continental breakfast, and a two hour complimentary cocktail hour.
