not good

i reserved a king bed room and they said they didnt have any king bed left but after arguing 15 minutes and calling supervisor they found one. In the morning, at 9h30 the maid woke me up knoking the door and about to come in to "see if i needed something " ??? What a nice saturday morning. We pay until 12 and they dont leave us our privacy. Like if it was her house...then if you want to go to the pool, you need to buy 5000 pesos of food each, noisy bed. Except that it would have been nice . Stayed only 1 noght for those reasons.

The Hotel was within expectations. I was extremely disappointed at the fact that there was no ice bucket in the room and in order to get ice we had to ask the bartender in the next hotel and we had provide our own plastic bag. We had to switch rooms twice. When I used the blow dryer , there was still left over makeup and lipstick on the handle.. Not impressed with that, but overall, well worth the money you paid. They also do no have an elevator.

Ok for the price

It was ok for the price. Far from the Cancun Strip. Quiet place. Far from any convenience store.
