Holiday Inn CANCUN ARENAS

Thanks for the hospitality and the entire staff were very helpful. Provisions were made for a wheelchair access except for the locker in the bedroom which was not accessible for me.

the worst Holiday Inn i have been to. Room was dirty and the bathroom disgusting there was lots of hair from previous guests on the bathroom shower walls along with some huge green boogers. the maid service was horrible. i told them about the problem in the bathroom and they came out and clean some of the hair but not the huge boogers, Maid service would not replace your glasses with clean ones or anything else in the room. Even if you had the do not disturb sign on your door everyday at 8am the maid would knock very heavily on the door to the room and would say oh im just checking all the rooms. The room also had a bad smell and the sheets were dirty stained with lip stick. Hallway doors are paper thin you can hear the people next above everywhere. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even for your pets. Do yourself a favor do not stay at this hotel.

My wife and I relaxed and enjoyed the time. As far as we are concerned nothing was missing. They had shows or some type of event nightly and they always had some type of event during the day for both adults or children. The all inclusive is the best way to go. This is the second time we stayed at this Hotel. If we go again it will be there. The food was great. The rooms were very clean. Being in the cleaning industry I was very impressed. The staff were outstanding and always right there. My wife said they were always ready to serve you. They are to be commended.

We had great maid service and when our safe broke, we were serve immediately and in a friendly manner. However, when we had trouble with our transportation back to the airport, the front desk would not allow us to use a phone without incurring a fee. The hotel was okay, nothing special, but economical. If you do not decide to purchase the all-inclusive service, each meal can get pretty pricey.

this was not a relaxing experience for me. We were too far from the restaurants and buying at the hotel was up to four times more than outside. The food was very lousy the hotel hard horrible aocean. there is seaweed everywhere not even once i went swimming in the ocean

It was a one night stay. We were on our way to Isla Mujeres and needed a place to spend the night before starting our vacation

MY SECOND TIME THERE. LIKED IT BOTH TIMES. SMALL FRIENDLY STAFF. CLEAN BUT NOT REAL FANCY. PLENTY NICE FOR YOUR AVERAGE WORKING MAN.

Other guest included 40 percent local mexican which was very nice, everyone very friendly, catameran rental 200 ft to the left of holiday in was great. food was great and big varity of foods and locations. It's everything i needed.

My girlfriend and I are the type of people that don't need to be waited on hand and foot. We are also pretty adventurous and don't need to feel safe and secure on some massive resort which completely consumes all of our attention. The Holiday Inn Arenas was more than what we needed. We really enjoyed leaving our resort to explore the surrounding Mexican area along with islands and shops. When we returned from our exploits the food, drink, atmosphere, entertainment and service was fantastic. If you are anywhere near as practical as us then the Holiday Inn Arenas is the place for you.

Front desk, dining, and bar staff very poor. While the beach was close, it was small and unkept. Long bus ride to better beaches, and everything else you will want.
