Hard Rock Hotel Cancun - All Inclusive

Great! The food was great..loved the entertainment..very beautiful.

Not sure how this property received a 5 star rating. Accommodations were average, food and beverage was average, and service was below average. Rooms were loud at night, and staff was overbearing in trying to push the timeshare concept. Didn't get what I paid for.

Great staff, all inclusive was spot on. Everything was above and beyond our dreams.

Hotel was great, beer was not good. Wish they had CORONA beer or a different selection. Food and staff were great. The $1500 credit * is a joke. Over all had a great time with the family.

Even better than when was Cancun Palace. Great Food, Great Service, all-around great experience. Did Jungle Tour, Dolphin Swim, 2-Tank Dive to Cozumel Trip, Spa...... All was good, will be back next year same time.

My husband and I felt like we were in paradise! Cancun is amazing and the Hard Rock and the ENTIRE staff does everything to make it a wonderful experience! Our room was very clean, as was the enitre hotel and grounds. They offered such a variety food with different experiences at each restaurant. LADIES*** the lighting was very poor in the room to apply make up. Larenzo was the best waiter at the pool! And KiKA was a blast at exercising by the pool. The hallways at night were loud... echoed... but the experience with the Hard Rock was A+

Hard Rock does it right! Great rooms, friendly staff, wonderful food and classy environment. We were very happy with everything.

The hotel was very modern in decor and the room although not very spacious was comfortable and clean. Food at most of the restaurants and buffet were good for an all inclusive (nothing fancy but better than mediocre). My kids enjoyed the pool and kids club the most. We had a voucher we had to use at a different hotel do we only stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Because we had something to compare to, I was quite surprised that the pool water was so warm at Hard Rock. The kids club also had a mini- waterpark with a couple slides and bridges, very nice for the kids. My only dislike at the kids club is that they do not separate the kids into different age groups. Sometimes the older kids are rough and may not be careful when playing soccer next to the toddlers. I would definitely come back if there was a deal since it is pretty costly per night.

We had the best vacation! Beautiful resort and the staff was amazing.

We had an amazing time at Hard Rock. Other than white sandy beach, the pool is amazing and there are always poolside activities which keeps both adults and kids entertained. The food choice is great, and offered both buffer and a la cart. Try out the Japanese restaraunt although there are ususally a long wait for Teppanyaki. We have stayed in the Marriott nearby which is not All Inclusive. We and our kids much prefer the Hard Rock. I believe it also offers better value when adding up all the cost (food, transportation, entertainment, etc). Will return again.

The Hard Rock hotel is a good all inclusive hotel in Cancun

We recently got back from a week at the Hard Rock Cancun. This was our first time at the Hard Rock Cancun. WE LOVED IT!!! We were on the concierge level Ocean View Floor 12. We ate at all the restaurants. Our favorites were the Mexican where Erica our waitress was excellent. The food was great and they will serve you shots of Don Julio tequila. I loved this resort and can't wait to return again.

I must say this was the best all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed at! The pools and grounds are amazing and the beach is the most beautiful sight I have ever seen! the ocean is clear blue, which not all of cancun has that..only the hotels in the hotel zone have that beautiful beach. The food is excellent many options to choose from, they do not have a hard rock cafe though. the rooms are very nice, but honestly we did not even enjoyed the jacuzzi, who wants to be in cancun in a room? Miss this hotel sooooo much!

Read so much good review on Hard Rock Cancun, but w/ disappointment. 1) Hotel was overbooked which they gave us 2 corner rooms w/ AC machine closed by. Noisy for us in teh evening 2) Hotel staff is good but foods is average to claimed as 5-star 3) We asked for room changes but always excuse for no rooms on all 4 nights 4) Hard to communicate in English for some of the staff. This should not happens for a 5-star hotel

Everything was great. The check in was quick, staff was very helpful. Food, ocean was perfect. No complaints on anything.

This was my third trip to Cancun this year and this resort exceeded my expectations by far. The other resorts did not compare from the cleanliness or the great staff. The food at the pool had way more of a variety than the other Resorts. There poolside food was better than the other resorts speciality restaurants. With that said, the Hard Rock specialty restaurants were out of this world. The entertainment and the music were the best by far as well. My only flaw would be the pool temp. The pool was very cold. That is with all of the resorts though. I also missed having a jacuzzi at the resort. Everyone gets a really nice two person jacuzzi in the room. But it is nice to have one or two in the pool area. Guadalupe at the swim up bar was awesome. Made my days at the pool very enjoyable. At the lobby bar make sure to check out Manny. He will keep you laughing and make sure your drinks are full at all times. GREAT TRIP!!!!!

We had a great week at the Hard Rock Hotel. The staff was super, very friendly and helpful. The rooms was nice and very well kept. The only minor downfall is the noisy hallways, but it didn't stop us from having a wonderful stay there. I recommend it to all my friends and family.
