"Viva Mexico" at this family-oriented resort, which celebrates the Mexican culture through the food, activities, and entertainment. Families can opt for adjoining themed children's rooms and the Kid's Clubs offer many expanded activities like cooking classes, and more. Three swimming pools, kid's club, spa, Mexican influence including tastings, art exhibits and cultural exploration for both adults and children. The hotel also offers Ballroom, Children's facilities, Lobby, Reception and Squash court.

Nice getaway

Room was very nice, no issues with cleanliness, but could have left more than 2 wash cloths and towels. Pool was shaded much of the time. Beach was great with shade if wanted. Restaurants were excellent. Concierge may have been inexperienced, or had difficulty with English, but had problem obtaining boarding passes for return flight. Except for front desk, most staff not fluent in English.

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

Walk short distance to where pirate ships anchor and go to booths to order tickets for trips to island. Will save from ordering at other locations.
