Grand Oasis Cancun All Inclusive

This was a lovely resort. Plenty of options for food, activities and relaxation. Definitely recommend it for the location, price and service. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Grand Oasis Cancun. What a great hotel!! Staff was friendly, amenities were wonderful and a PERFECT location!!! One of my best vacations ever!

We stayed 4 nights 5 days at Grand Oasis, which wasn't really enough time for us to see the entire place or visit many restaurants. It was a pleasant place to stay and the lobby is beautifully decorated with tropical plants. It was in a good location not far from the malls,shops and party places. I thought it was kept very clean, more so than what you may expect. The staff was friendly and most were accomodating. The only problem we had was servicing our rooms with towels and washcloths. The housekeepers were not replacing them daily as needed. Overall the beds were comfortable and the ocean view was a must. The food was good, we ate at approximately 6 different restaurants. There was some entertainment, and activities on the resort. Most of the city bus rides to town were good, it only costs .65 to ride one way. We took a city bus around 7:00 on Friday night and it was well beyond its capacity. We took plenty of 1's for extra tipping. We took the ATV excursion for a few hours and that was great fun. We would go back to this resort, but next time stay a bit longer.

The Grand Oasis Cancun was so very pretty. When you first walk in you see a beautiful fountain and garden in the center that the rooms are built around. Our room was nice with a comfortable bed. We had an oversized bathtub with lots of hot water. Everything in the room worked well and we had no complaints. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the pool from our balcony. All of the restaurants that we ate at were very good. We did make the mistake of not making reservations for the few places that had to have them upon our arrival, Because no one told us to make reservations immediately, so when we went to make reservations the day before we wanted to eat at one place they told us they were already booked. Another steak restaurant didn't show that it needed reservations and when we got all ready to go there and eat, they told us at the door you needed to have reservations. We were pretty ticked about that. The only other thing that was kinda annoying was the fact that the concierge would hit you up in the lobby upon your arrival to try and give you free coupons for exursions if you would make an apppointment to come and hear about their vacation package deal. They were so persistent and when you told them no, they would continue to be even more persistent. We finally just started avoiding all the people in the lobby. The pools and the beach was excellent. We had a wonderful experience at this resort.

The Grand Oasis was a nice all-inclusive. We were scared before going because of some of the mixed reviews, but it turned out very much worth the money. All the staff was nice and very helpful. The food was good for the area. Just don't plan on 5 start dinning during your stay in Mexico. The only problem was the wait sometimes was long, but just go early. The beach is beautiful, along with the hotel. The hotel seems a little musty, but no more than the other hotels around for the money. All in all, you definetely get what you pay for at the Oasis. Decent food, a nice room, nice view and nice people.

Me and my husband really enjoyed Grand Oasis. We cannot think of anything we didnt like about the hotel.

Me and my partner had a wonderful time in this hotel. The hotel's staff were very friendly. We had the best ocean view from our room's balcony. The food was excellent. I felt that I was at home. I will recommned this hotel 100%.

The Grand Oasis is a first class hotel for the price. There were lots of families from all around the world. The hotel was super clean and easy to get around. The staff was very accomidating when we had minor issues. We had an ocean side room which I totally recommend. it is worth the upgrade. The water was warm and inviting. Definately a nice place to visit.

My girlfriend and I were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at Grand Oasis. For those who did complain would complain at any hotel. You get what you pay for. We had no problems with our room, the pool, beach, or other facilities. I would stongly recommend the all inclusive. The food was good to excellent. The wait can get a little long at some of the restaurants, but if you plan ahead of time (6-6:30pm) you can get in for dinner quickly. The buffets are a good substitute for the themed restaurants, but very standard for buffets. If you can make reservations at the only fine dining restaurant (forgot the name), do it. We ate there twice and it was two of the best dinners we had, including the nicer restaurants along the hotel zone. The staff, in general, were extremely courteous, friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. In all, I highly recommend Grand Oasis for its price. If you are looking to stay at a place that is a little more quiet and more plush, look into some of the hotels that cost more.
