Amazing Experience
I travel several times a year to resorts around the Carribean, and I have to say that this was my best experience to date. I stayed in a Grand Club Suite. The service in the Concierge Lounge was impecable. They are very friendly and attentive. The evening cocktail hour is a nice touch, with tasty appetizers and ready suggestions for the evening. The beach and pool areas are very well maintained, and service there leaves nothing to be desired! They have an incredible spa menu, with specialties for both men and women. Don't miss a massage and coffee wrap. They top off your vacation. And don't be put off by the hotel description. While this is an elegant location, you can feel very comfortable in shorts and jeans.

Avoid the Flea market near the Hotel. There is a nice shopping mall across the street that offers the same or better prices without the hassle.

Great Environment
The Fiesta American coral beach is in the heart of the city. Great location if looking for comfort and nightlife. It is located just a few steps from all of the nightclubs. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, but the dining is a little expensive. Overall a great hotel, comfortable setting, excellent beach, and just steps from all the clubs.

All the night clubs are just about a 1 min walk from the hotel. Recommended that you take advantage of the party hopper to get a glimpse at all the clubs.

Great location and service!
Excellent service. They will not tell you no to anything. Large, English speaking, very attentive staff. Some of our best meals were had at the hotel. Best location for going out to clubs at night.

Amazing and Breath Taking
If you want turn key, relax and refresh yourself in the most gorgeous spa in the world, this is your spot. Just a 2 minute walk to all the clubs in the Hotel Zone, we relaxed, partied, and enjoyed every second.

Negotiate with the guys and gals getting you into the clubs - don't pay full price, always ask and get a 2 for 1. Take the bus for short trips, taxi's are major rip off. Pre-pay for the grey-line shuttle from the airport. Take a tour of the Chichen-Itza Ruins, list was $89 per person we got ours for $55 per person. Go to Ladies Island for a snorkel tour, outside the Fiesta Americana to the right is the tour operators, ask and get an ala-carte private snorkel tour, we got 4 round trip boat passes, private 2 hour snorkel tour which included baracuda, sun fish, eel, octupus, and the coolest fish (better than the maui gig).

Girls getaway
The service was like nothing we have experienced. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond. We felt like we were the only ones there. The spa was a heavenly experience and very affordable. I would stay at this hotel every time.

Respectful, friendly, courteous staff. Clean from inside out. Fantastic front desk personal. My guests was treated respectfully and was not charge a fee$$$ to visit unlike Krystal and Dreams. Everyone spoke English and even French. Booking this resort was worth every Paso. Words can't describe the treatment you'll receive in this paradise. They have everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. Will stay only at Feista Americana Grand Coral Beach on my trips to Mexico.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic service
The location of the hotel was great - on the north shore of Cancun so the waters were calm at the beach. The hotel was relaxing and quiet, but many of Cancun's best clubs and bars were just down the block. One of the hotel's restaurants, La Joya, had the best haute-Mexican cuisine I have ever had.
