Great for all
Overall outstanding!!! Both my 13 year olds loved it especially the pool. Food was great along with the service. The hotel was close to everything.

Has everything that you need
I found that I didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. The resturants available were great and had a great variety of food. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. I plan on going to cancun again and I would love to stay at this hotel again.

Family Friendly
Great service all around. Rooms are very large (we had 2 jr. suites w/double beds, ocean views with sofa, desk etc). Very clean and well maintained property. Great service from houskeeping; turn down each night, fresh ice in ice bucket, slippers set out for us on mat in front of bed. Definitely a high class hotel. More than we had hoped for. Great towel art housekeeping left swan towels on our anniversary for us when they came in fro turn down. This hotel does have a sister property that is a vacatoon club so they do try to get you to do the tour. We actually did, all 5 of us. We had breakfsat on them, met some very interesting people at the other property, received $100.00 in vouchers to use on the hotel bill, and discounts for the activities we wanted to do. Overall, it was worth the 2 hours we spent as we had a chance to find out about the area, activities, and it gave us a chance to plan our activites while in town.....

Lots of popular clubs just a 5 minute walk away. We found a great taco place just around the corner from the hotel, next to the drug store. Large shopping plaza next to hotel w/hard rock, Meixacn Flea Mkt, Carlos Obriens, lots of activity going on all day and long into the evening hours.

jump in a cab for a short drive, and you will find another world from the hotel area,lot of fun if you are on the younger side

Excellent hotel
We loved everything about this hotel. It was spotless and the service was excellent. The beach was the best on Cancun and the pools were beautiful. You didn't need to leve the hotel for anything but if you do it is in a great location. It is close to everything.

Awesome vacation spot
Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable, the pool was amazing and the beach front was great. I would go to this hotel again and would highly recommend it to couples and families.

Very Family Friendly
Normally I use to go to 5 star hotels I think this is the first time I go to a hotel where you can just say this is a fantastic hotel, the staff is very friendly and professional from the ladys who make the room to managers

Great Place To Stay!
This hotel had a great views of the ocean, it's staff was extremely courteous and there were no issues with the room. The room I stayed in was oversized and it included a living room area in front of the balcony that overlooked the ocean. I give this place a 5 star rating.

Well deserved reputation
I was more than satisfied with my recent stay at Fiesta Americana. The beach was beautiful, not rocky, some small waves. I was very surprised with the reasonable prices at the restaurants on the property. I was alone for the week and the staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, they always recognized me. The hotel is facing east so the pool area was shaded before 10 and after 2. It was a very busy week when I went but I recommend claiming chairs by 8 or 9 in the morning on the beach and near the pool The room was very clean but I briefly had a few very tiny ants show up near the coffee machine but they were gone after a few days (never saw more than 3 or 4). I had read that this hotel is older.

A Fabulous Vacation!
My husband and I stayed at the Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach for 8 nights to celebrate our anniversary and the holidays. we had an absolutely fabulous time! Everything was perfect -- from our beautiful suite with a gorgeous view to the amazing breakfast buffet to a great stretch of beach and beautiful pool areas and an outstanding staff. You can walk to many clubs, restaurants, and shops, so you can't beat the location. We cannot recommend it highly enough except to say we can't wait to go back, maybe next year!
