Fun!
We had a great time at FACC with our daughters and son-in-law. The rooms were awesome. Beds were a little firm but not that bad. The staff was always ready to help. All of the restaurants were very good, and they are strict on the dress code at the Rosato and Mexicana. Room service was very prompt and the waiters were very nice. We will definitely be going back.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
Two nice shopping areas were Plaza de Isla and Plaza de Flamingo. Plaza de Isla is an outside mall with some very nice shops. Plaza de Flamingo has a lot of local shops. Just two or three miles toward Cancun from the FiestaAmericana Condesa Cancun. To ride the bus, just walk toward the street and go to the left. It costs 8 pesos per person, and just tell the driver to let know when to get off.

Great Vacation Destination
Great vacation 2nd year in a row. Would only say one thing my young adult kids (age 19-22) would have liked on site night life. The resort closes down at night by about 11:30. Excellent staff that goes above and beyond to make our week the best.

Couldn't have had a better time!
This was our first stay in Cancun and our first stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa. We couldn't say enough about this resort!! The staff, like we have seen on other reviews, are very helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay at their resort a great one! The entertainment was awesome!! The pool was beautiful and very well staffed as well as amazing itself! The food was very good for resort food! The Asian night at Kambu was particularly good!!! Overall this resort gets a solid 4 stars out of five for us! The beds were a little hard for us but that is not too big of a deal for us. It would have been nice if we could have walked to the discos and flea market but, those things are a cheap bus ride away!!

Already Planning Return Trip
Great family vacation for our family of four, myself, my husband, 17 and 19 year old boys. In awe as we walked up to the front desk, the open air lobby, and being greated with champaign. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always aiming to please. Very glad that our request was granted to have our two rooms side by side, even with an ajoing door. The restraurants are excellent with the service and food, however it took a loooong time (one time 1 1/2 hrs) to be seated! The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We used the room service several times of the day, all hours and was really good. We did tip $1 - $2 each time and tipped $3 for maid service (American $) The cocktail servers on the beach and pool area were nice and efficient (we tipped $1 each time as well). We did have have a few disapointments 1. the hot tub was never hot, just barely warm. 2. You HAD to reserve your lounge chair at the pool by 8:00 to get one (which we only got chairs on our last day) but there were always plenty available on the beach . And 3. The waiting for a table in the restraurants (Mexican & Italian). Awesome time!

Great Cancun Experience
We enjoyed our stay, service and staff was top notch. The resort doesn't have that many amenities but for our purposes it was fine. Food was decent (not spectacular) although very fresh.

Rent a car and check out the mayan ruins, you will want to do it yourself, the all day pacakges aren't worth it unless you don't like driving.

Relaxing spring break
I went with my boyfriend for a week. We are both early twenties and we felt as though it was a great place to relax. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist us with anything and everything. The amenities were great, especially the spa. The only slight downside was the bathroom was a little cramped.

Exceeded Expectations
This was our first trip to Mexico and our first time staying in an all-inclusive resort, so we did not know what to expect with this vacation. We were happy to learn that Cancun is a beautiful place to vacation and the Fiesta Americana Condesa is a great hotel to experience it in. From the moment we arrived, there were staff members everywhere ensuring we knew where we were going and helping us find our way to check-in and then our room. The room itself had the basic amenities and was clean, but the view we had was amazing: overlooking the pool with the Caribbean Sea as a backdrop. We were very impressed with the availability of the staff everywhere for drink refills: by the pool, on the beach, and in the restaurants. Being all-inclusive, we thought maybe staff would be scarce for refills or the drinks would be watered down, but this was not the case at all. Every staff member we came across seemed to genuinely want us to enjoy our vacation. We really enjoyed the Asian restaurant (Kambu), the Mexican restaurant, and the Cevicheria and dined at each multiple times. Rosato, the Italian restaurant, had good food but the atmosphere did not offer anything special and we felt like we could have been anywhere dining whereas the other places made us feel like we were on vacation in Cancun. We also tremendously enjoyed room service, which is part of the all-inclusive package, and had breakfast in our room a few days. The other nice thing about this hotel is it is a 7 to 10-minute walk to Aquaworld and you can sign-up for tours and excursions beforehand right at the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Winter getaway
We just wanted a quick trip to a warm beach. This hotel was perfect for that. It is cleanand well kept. It does not have all the amenities and choices of a five star resort but it is a great value in a perfect location. We would stay here again.
