good place for a vacation on the beach
not very luxury but they have comfortable bed and good view of the sea. The 2 restaurant has good food, the price is competitive with the 25%off discount. But they did not start the beach construction until very close to Christmas. That rocks and sand bags left on the beach caused people problem to pass it on the beach.

Great Resort!
The purpose of my trip was for rest and relaxation. I definitely was able to do both at the Fiesta Americana. The spa at this resort is wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Fun December vacation
She staff was extremely friendly and I liked that we could walk across the street to the store or take a local bus into Cancun.

Great place
Clean, nice room, friendly, professional staff, great food, great prices. The pool is amazing but the beach has washed away in front of the hotel so you can lie around the pool or on lounge chairs on palapas on sand on platforms built above the beach area. You have to walk down stairs and a little ways down the beach to get where you can go into the water without hitting cement slabs.

Excellent View, Beautiful Hotel
This trip was for business so not much leisure time but the view looking from our room was unbeatable - direct ocean over the resort tropical pool. Bus trip was required to get to most shopping and recreation.

Nice Hotel
The hotel and food service were fine. but the maids kept leaving me messages about leaving valuables out. They would tell me to put my computer in the Safety deposit box (how crazy is that) Was I supposed to feel that my room was not a secure place?

Quiet and Uncrowded
The hotel is great. This was the 3rd time we have stayed there. It is quiet and uncrowded. The pool is on two levels and has a childrens area that is connected to the main pool but way off to the side. The swim up bar is wonderful. The beach is small but useable. We had for an "Oceanfront" room and had a beautiful view of the Caribbean. Aquaworld is practically across the street and many water activities can be arranged there.
