Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

Had a great time. Hotel staff was very friendly and I did not want our stay to end.

this hotel was so awesome and laid back. i loved how we didn't have to make dinner reservation. the staff was very pleasant. the hotel had fabulous views. the resturants were great also. my only dislike was the a/c in room wasn't as cold as I prefer but I got used to it. I would definately go back! We loved dreams!

Dreams was more than we expected. The food was wonderful. We ate mostly at the World Cafe. The Dolphins were my favorite. This is the reason why we upgraded to the view w/ the dolphins. The hotel was beautiful and staff was amazing. We never wanted for anything!! We got a cab right away everytime. And it was nice to be understood in a different country. We will be staying at this hotel in the future.

Dreams Cancun is a lovely hotel. The rooms are very comfy, we had a beautiful ocean view room and its so nice to go sleep with the sound of waves crashing against the rocks. It was lovely to come down to look at the dolphins too, it really is a nice extra, and swimming with them is so much fun, definately recommended! The restaurants were also very good. We are vegetarians and the only restaurant we could not eat in was the seafood restaurant, the seaside grill, although it did not have many veggie options was always more than happy to alter the menu to facilitate us. I hate to fault anything there but the only thing I could quibble about was the spa. The spa treatments were lovely and the area is beautiful. All in all though i would highly reccommend dreams, we had a thoroughly enjoyable week and would certainly go back.

We cannot say enough about our stay at Dreams Cancun! My girlfriend(29)and myself(33)just returned from a very relaxing 7 day vacation here! The fantastic service started the minute we arrived. We were greeted at the check-in desk with a cold towel, a glass of champagne and a cookie. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a mini-fridge stocked with various sodas, bottled water and Corona, which you must try. We couldn't figure out why, but for some reason the Corona in Mexico tastes way better than it does in the states! We were extremely satisfied with the restaurants and the food. We felt we could eat pretty healthy as well, lots of great steaks, seafood, fruits and salads. Our favorite was the Seaside Grill, located away from the other restaurants, on the tower side of the resort. And the drinks were so good. Pina coladas made with fresh pineapple, and take advantage of the bar/lounge by the front desk/reception area; they had a great martini list that we only discovered on our last day there! The pool at Dreams is not very large, but during our week stay we didn't even use the pool once; we spent our time at the beach! Dreams has a very fortunate location with 2 beach areas for guests to use. The water was very calm and the resort has snorkel gear and kayaks you can use as well. The pool there was nice, but you had to wait in long lines at the swim-up bar only to get a horrendous drink. The ocean was very rough so you wouldn't spend much time there either. But at Dreams, you could relax on the beach all day and servers came to you to take your drink order or bring you bottled water. You could even order some food items to be brought to you on the beach as well. Like everybody says, bring $1 bills for tipping and the servers will never leave you sitting on the beach waiting for another drink! Dreams Cancun is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. And if you want to venture off for any excursions, concierge services will let you know what is available and book everything for you. We had the best time and were sad to leave.

The rooms were great and the bathrobes that are furnished. The beach was very nice and the plenty of huts and chairs. No any problems with getting beach towels. The food is great in all the resturants. Drink service on the beach was fantastic. The location in Cancun is excellent on the point. It made it easy to get to alot of areas on foot.

Dreams Resort and Spa in Cancun has a beautiful setting. The resort is right on Punta Cancun and surrounded by water on three sides. Four excellent restaurants, five great bars, and 24 hour room service are all included. There is also a mini fridge in your room which is automatically restocked one to two times a day and can be filled more at your request. The two beaches are lined with tiki style huts and also have servers that will bring you food and drinks at no charge. On the main beach you can check out lounge floats, snorkel equipment and kayaks at no additional charge. There are actually pretty fish and other ocean life that will come swimming in to the beach area. They are easily viewed because of the clear quality of the ocean but can be seen very well with the snorkel equipment. The two pools are beautiful too. The rooms are quite nice with tile floors, a semi open air glass shower, and great views from the balcony. The resort, in the Hotel Zone, is very close to the downtown area and night life too. I highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved Dreams Cancun. Was 100% occupied while you were there but you couldn't tell it. No lines for the restaurants, we did have to wait 5 minutes one time, and the service was top notch!! Everyone was super friendly and always said Hola wherever we went. A couple of different beaches to lay out by was a big plus, you could change scenery whenever you wanted. Food was really good and had a good mix to choose from, sushi, American style breakfast, Mexican style, fish, lobster, you name it!! The pool bar was an awesome way to escape the heat and the drinks were flowing!! We don't have kids but there is plenty for them to do if you bring them, there is even an entire section for them so you could get a break if you wanted. Rooms were good, AC would only get rooms to around 76 or so but it was great to escape the heat. We are definately returning soon!! The resort was so good, we never left!!

everything was excellent the food, service, room...everything! the buffet was great they offere different cuisines (sp) every night from mexican or italian to a steak house or international. along with three other resturants that offer seafood, steak or asian food. whatever you want or need they offer it. the hotel staff is very friendly and loves kids if you have them! they offer a ton of activities, if you loke to party and drink you have to do the Party Hopper, it was $60 usd it included drinks all night at 4 different bars over a period of 7 hours, along with a lot of other adventures as well. i would deffinetly recommend this hotel to anyone the price was reasonable and the place is amazing!

Dreams Cancun is located at the tip of the hotel strip in Cancun and thus is somewhat isolated from the other hotels. It is close to senor frogs and other popular night life. The rooms are good size, with adequate storage space and we had ocean view with a nice balcony. Friendly service, great wait staff and we never had to wait too long to get food or drinks. I would definitely recomment his hotel to any couples.
