GOOD CHOICE IN CANCUN
We have stayed in dancing multiple times .. honestly we prefer 45 mins south... puerta aventuras. We chose this one for the dolphin adventure which was amazing!!! .. fun just to watch at the resort even if you don't pay to swim with them! The food was truly exquisite! Try the Japanese. The beach /laundry property was superb. The a/c was subarctic in the room! .. the only tiny complaint is the pool. I think it needed a little paint and better maintenance. But honestly anywhere with a swim up bar has questionable cleanliness. Overall a really good choice!

Short vacation
Was good for the money spent. You get what you pay for with this hotel. A true all inclusive...I paid NO extra costs in the end!

Really good location
the hotel was in a great location, all the food and drinks we needed, the weather was great despite the storm near the Mexican golf.. Locals speak a little broken english and you can manage to communicate really good, I really recommend you take some time to visit mexico and take tours around. Can't get any better..

Dreams Cancun exceeded my expectations!
This hotel is absolutely amazing! Not only was the staff as hospitable as can be, but they literally treat you like royalty and will do anything to help you. This place has rooms facing the ocean which are more romantic and for couples, while also having rooms facing their dolphinarium which younger kids would love! I think it does a great job as far as appealing to all ages. I literally do not have one complaint about this place and will definitely be back next year!

Excellent and great
Really great vacations the food is delicious, the shows are wonderful and the best, everybody is very enthusiastic and work very hard all the time taking care of everything and everybody. The hotel is very clean and it is very nice to see the dolphins.

Relaxing family trip
Great staff,and varied activities. Impressed by food choices,and quality. My spa experience was one of the best I've had. Our whole family enjoyed the trip! We had teenagers with us, and there were water activities for them, but not so much other things. More geared to kids 12 and under. This is definitely a family resort,which was what we were looking for. They need o have another hot tub for the Club area. The location was great,and very peaceful.

When making a reservation on line have a shuttle pick up at the airport and drop off when going back home. Convenient, safe, and great service. Also, when you arrived at the airport dont stop at any of the venders there selling activity packages or deals. Go straight through and outside for pickup.

Dissappointed!
This resort was rated a 4 star but I would give it a 3 or lower. Rooms are outdated and need remodeled. The room service sucked. The restaurants were not that great. The service at the bars was the worst. They either ignored you or were just plain rude when you ordered. All of the bars closed way to early. I will not recommend this resort or go back!

Amazing Honeymoon
In deciding where to go on our honeymoon, my husband had been to Cancun before to some of the "fancier" places and we knew we couldnt afford that but still wanted to have a great time. We decided on Dreams, mostly because of the dolphins. We are both very glad we did! Swimming with the dolphins was amazing, definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity. It was awesome to be able to watch other people swimming with them everyday as well and see them swimming peacefully at night. Our ocean view room was great. The room was wonderful, nothing overly fancy but perfect for the amount of time we actually spent in there. I never worried abut anything getting stolen with the safe in the room. It was dissapointing we would have had to pay for Wi-fi but it made our honeymoon more special being cut off from technology for a few days. The restaurants were great, nice variety and we always got full. It was pretty easy to make a reservation at the Mexican restaurant. The entertainment staff at the pool was amazing, they became our friends by the end of the week. We were never bored! The drinks were great and plentiful. They even have their own nightclub, although it was never especially busy after the show/special attraction was done for the night which was kind of dissapointing. The location was great for walking downtown to shop or to the bars. Overall we had a great time and are hoping to go back within the next couple years! :)

Staying at Dreams, swimming with the dolphins is a must! You have to see CocoBongo while your in Cancun, as well as going to Chichen Itza and swim in the cenote!
