Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

Honestly, we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was fantastic, the facilities were clean and the entertainment was superb. There was always an abundance of food and drink available at several locations onsite. The only thing we would have loved to have seen were better pools- the ones there were small and cold. Fortunately we were there for the beach! We are definitely planning on going back here again! Great value and great service. Very pleased.

We booked this after reading some questionable reviews i wished we would have listened. First the rooms are old, dirty. We had to move from our first room because it was leaking fluid and had a terrible odor. The second room was just as bad and the staff all but told us too bad. The food was edible at best. The overall hotel is in bad condition and one of the salespeople/concierge told us it was the oldest and worst hotel in the Dreams resort chain. It really was an unbelievable experience having the hotel concierge selling you activities while you are seeking his help. I implore you to listen to the reviews the dolphins are cool but that's the only thing this dump has.

Staff is excellent. They installed new draperies, flat screen and bedding while we were there. Food is plentiful and typical of any all inclusive. The club room tower upgrade was worthwhile with a nicer private beach, private towere lobby with snacks all day and private bar. Great location, could walk to shopping area, clubs.

This is a nice average affordable hotel located very close to all the nightlife clubs/bars . If u plan on leaving the resort to shop, eat out, and party then this hotel is so close to it all that u can walk and save the money u would pay on transportation.

Great location with beautiful views; the staff is marvelous at making you feel taken care of and pampered; good dining options; two large beaches to choose between; nice spa; close to shopping and nightlife.

The location, food, and staff is all good but the hotel itself doesn't look as amazing in real life compared to the pics you'll most likely get to see. It's actually quite ugly and a little dated. Also, for younger folks who travel by themselves, lots of families with babies and married couples.

everything was fantastic minus the food if your used to eating good food in your life when you come here you will be disapointed. We had to venture off to the streets to find some good food just a warning. ps bring your own sun tan lotion/sunblock because they charge a arm and a leg.

Dreams was another fantastic experience for us. We spent this vacation at Dreams with our Daughter and Son in Law and enjoyed it as much as last time. The staff was phenomenal, the food was fabulous and the drinks and entertainment were all first class. The only complaints, since my wife was in a wheelchair this time, were the steepness of the wheelchair ramps and the height of the toilets. Without my son in law I couldn't have moved my wife around and without handicap toilets life was more difficult than it had to be. Daughter and Son in law will return, we hope to :-)

Hotel and beach location are great... the water and beach at Cancun is wonderful. We really enjoyed watching the Dolphin show and the constant playing of the dolphins. Food at the specialty restaurants was good, but we have certainly had better. The wait staff were very helpful and efficient... had one of the best margaritas at the pool bar! Spa prices were much too expensive for us to take even with the $40 off coupons...disappointing. All in all a great place to have a vacation...we would gladly return.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to help to make it a great vacation. From the moment you arrive with towel and drink to the tlime you leave with putting bags in van for you. Food was average, but very good. Room was really nice, bed and tv could use an upgrade. I would stay here again!
