Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

I could not ask for better service and customer care. I lacked for NOTHING! 24 hours a day, I had all I could eat and drink at my fingertips! I never carried my wallet with me......Gratituities are included! The staff was more than congenial. The activities directors made the days so much fun. I LOVE DREAMS!! Would not stay anywhere else!!

Food is great, beach is small and crowded, staff is either very nice or kind of obnoxious. Rooms are beautiful with marble floors, etc. but our chest of drawers smelled like mold. Somebody must've put wet bathing suits there. They came and cleaned it in 30 min, but it's not easy to get rid of that smell. The view from the balcony was priceless though. Overall, very relaxing, nice place.

Simply stated - we were in a terrible room. On the first day, our TV had a mind of its own. It would change channels on its own and then we could not even go back to the channel we were watching. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not wok. We reported this the first day, second day and third day. We finally got the issues address on the fourth day. We also reported that there was a strong mold smell in the drawers and closet. The was never address by the staff. We needed to catch a cab in the early moring and while we were getting ready, the electrical outlet that was put in the bathroom did not have a circuit breaker and when we plugged in a hair dryer - all of the power in the room went out. We immediately called the front desk and reported the problem. Not only did no one responded, we had to get ready and packed in darkness. While I understand that these can break, I am very disappointed with the lack of a timely response or no response at all. I will not plan another vacation at this resort. On the other hand, the location was great and the Entertainment staff (Emily, Leyland and Itsel were very professional and excelled in customer service and may our visit enjoyable. The food was simply average.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed in the Golden Jr. Suite and it was AWESOME. The room is worth the extra money. The weather was not that great but we spent a lot of time in the Jacuzzi and it made time go by. Another nice thing about the room is that you’re in the preferred tower. You cannot hear birds in the morning and it’s very quiet. The staff was great and the food was awesome. I will be going back again next year for my 4th time.

Beaches are great! Accomodations, not so much. Greeted with ants in the room, overall rather dingy. The food selection was limited. Might want to add to the seafood selection at the Oceana restaurant. Getting service while at the pool was non existant at the infinity pool side. Out of five nights, only one had decent entertainment. Stayed here in 2006 and I seem to recall better overall accomdations at that time.

Loved this place!! Not many great food options for vegetarians but room service is always an option Rooms facing the beach/lagoon area are better than rooms facing the ocean. Explorer Club is a great plus to keep kids engaged!

We stayed at Dreams Cancun with 2 kids, 7 and 4 y old. We had a great time; this hotel has an amazing location, there are two beaches, one is very shallow with few waives and it was perfect for the kids and us to swim in all day long, the other beach is a bit more secluded but has more waives. The are two pools, one regular pool that is not very impressive and we didn't go in it at all but many people seemed to enjoy it, the other is the sea water pool with sand and next to the dolphins' pool - also perfect for kids. The property is a bit dated but well maintained, everything was spottless and the cleaning team did a great job ont he property and in our room. Food was very very good - no complaints - deserts were amazing and great variety of food at the buffet. We only went to one restaurant - it was fine, but the buffet was so good that we didn't need anything else. They did a different theme every night, italian, asian fusion, spanish, mexican etc. Dolphins right on the property is a great addition. Kids club was very good and in general there was plenty for kids and us to do. Nightly shows were entertaining. No complaints about service. Highly recommend this hotel!

We just returned from our trip and I have to tell you that it was quite possibly the best vacation we have ever had!!! There was nothing to worry about, no confusion and it TRULY felt like a vacation. I was nervous because I booked this for my husband's birthday present and had never used a "travel site" before. I never had to do a thing but pack after I booked!!! Our experience was outstanding and we will definitely use you again, as well as recommend you!!! Thank you very much!

A group of 30 of us traveled here for a wedding all the way from New York and had a fantastic time!! The food was great across the board, World Cafe never disappointed!

We spent four days here with another couple. The staff was very friendly and accomadating without being pushy. The hotel itself was clean and well kept. Our room was ocean view so we woke up each morning to see the sun rise and went to bed each night to the sound of the ocean. It was heavenly. I loved the beach which had a cove where the water was calmer than the beach at the other hotels. Morning yoga in the gazebo overlooking the ocean is what yoga videos are made of. This resort is smaller than alot of the others in the area which gave it a more homelike feel. I really enjoyed staying here and would stay here again.
