Dreams Cancun Resort and Spa All Inclusive

this is our 6th time at Dreams Cancun and our experience gets worse with each year. The room they put us in was terrible, toilet barely flushed, fridge didn't get cold, A/C didn't get cold. We changed rooms the next day, all was good after that. He took very good care of us. Hotel was very boring at night, no music, just a sleepy resort. we will probably look for a different resort for next year.

I have stayed at several Cancun hotels and this is by far the best!! The most friendly and helpful staff ever. The cleanest rooms and hotels I have ever seen!! I would have glady paid double what I did to stay here again!!!

Dreams resort Cancun was recommended by a friend who has stayed there three times. The Hotel beat all expectations! The location CAN"T be beat. When they say "Ocean front" they mean OCEAN FRONT! I opened my balcony door and my breath was taken away by the view. Beautiful blue water, lightly crashing into a rock shoreline. We spent hours and hours on that balcony (very private) soaking up the sun in the morning and watching cruise ships go by later at night. The hotel itself is very pretty! The staff were AWESOME from start to finish. From the front desk to the cleaning staff. Great staff at the bars, Victor and Edwardo outside at the palapa bar, and the girls in the lobby at night were polite and fun. Entertainment staff were also very good. There were shows to watch every night Very talented. We really liked the Grease movie review. We were making plans to go back before we even left. The food was very good in all resturants, I have never been pampered that way! Dreams..was truley a dream come true.

Everything was awesome!!! we had so much fun. It was the best all inclusive hotel ever.

This is very much a family hotel with activities and atmosphere to match. Excellent service from staff. Good catch of the day at the seafood resutrant. Mexican resturant had great mariachis. Wide varitiy of food at the main resturant. Lots of freash fruit, breads and made to order omelets, as well as local specialties for breakfast. Cocos was great for expressos and snacks.Pools were clean and beaches were well maintained. Loved watching the dolphins.The location is great as you are on the point and have the sea all around. Falling to sleep listening to the waves breaking was very relaxing. The entertainment and sports team were excellent. They tried hard to get the guests invloved and enjoy their stay. The shows were entertaining for family audiance. Two things that had changed since our last stay were that box lunches were not provided free of charge and bath products were not replaced each day in the room. Would prefer they not use starglazer lilies in flower arrangements due to allergic reactions.

Good All the way around! Perfect location for the beach and close shopping in the downtown area! Very friendly people at this resort!!

I could not ask for better service and customer care. I lacked for NOTHING! 24 hours a day, I had all I could eat and drink at my fingertips! I never carried my wallet with me......Gratituities are included! The staff was more than congenial. The activities directors made the days so much fun. I LOVE DREAMS!! Would not stay anywhere else!!

Food is great, beach is small and crowded, staff is either very nice or kind of obnoxious. Rooms are beautiful with marble floors, etc. but our chest of drawers smelled like mold. Somebody must've put wet bathing suits there. They came and cleaned it in 30 min, but it's not easy to get rid of that smell. The view from the balcony was priceless though. Overall, very relaxing, nice place.

Simply stated - we were in a terrible room. On the first day, our TV had a mind of its own. It would change channels on its own and then we could not even go back to the channel we were watching. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not wok. We reported this the first day, second day and third day. We finally got the issues address on the fourth day. We also reported that there was a strong mold smell in the drawers and closet. The was never address by the staff. We needed to catch a cab in the early moring and while we were getting ready, the electrical outlet that was put in the bathroom did not have a circuit breaker and when we plugged in a hair dryer - all of the power in the room went out. We immediately called the front desk and reported the problem. Not only did no one responded, we had to get ready and packed in darkness. While I understand that these can break, I am very disappointed with the lack of a timely response or no response at all. I will not plan another vacation at this resort. On the other hand, the location was great and the Entertainment staff (Emily, Leyland and Itsel were very professional and excelled in customer service and may our visit enjoyable. The food was simply average.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed in the Golden Jr. Suite and it was AWESOME. The room is worth the extra money. The weather was not that great but we spent a lot of time in the Jacuzzi and it made time go by. Another nice thing about the room is that you’re in the preferred tower. You cannot hear birds in the morning and it’s very quiet. The staff was great and the food was awesome. I will be going back again next year for my 4th time.
