Great escape
Dreams Cancun was a great escape worth every penny. I booked the trip at the last minute and wasn't very sure of what I would get. Imagine my surprise to find that everything in person was just as nice. My ocean view room was awesome and the service incredible. The only thing I would change is an upgrade to the shower-head. I was also impressed with the restaurants on the property. Think I ate at Oceana every day. The sea food was fresh, the entrees delicious, the presentation stunning. Also, the pina coladas were cold and non-stop. The pool was clean and inviting. The poolside area well kept with nice lounge chairs, plenty of clean towels and great food and drink service. Oh, the daily water volleyball games were so fun. The beach area was also clean with lots of shaded tiki huts, lounge chairs, food and bar service. The only thing that I felt needed some work was the fitness center. Not enough equipment. Contrary to what some may think, many guest were up early trying to get their fitness on to combat all the food and drinks being consumed. All in all, I really had a wonderful time at Dreams and will go back!

There's free bicycling tours every morning but you have to sign up for it the day before. It's a great way to see what's available outside of the resort. Also, great all inclusive restaurants on the property but get there early to avoid a long wait. Especially if you have a large party. I had no problems because I was always an early bird.

Great Hotel!!!
The Dreams Resort was wonderful! We had a great time...and the staff was very friendly. We were offered champagne as we checked in. The food was very good....and the beach was awesome. I'm not sure if the alcoholic drinks were very alcoholic! We decided maybe we weren't feeling the drinks due to the elevation...and being so close to sea level. :-) They did not use fresh fruit in their frozen drinks...so they weren't my favorite, but still good. I read on a review that the air conditioner did not always work...even after reporting it to the front desk. Our room was not uncomfortable, but it was never cooler than 76 degrees. It just seemed to have a mind of its own. The front desk was very kind...but they did not fix the AC. Since it was still cool...I did not request to switch rooms. If you are coming from the airport...take a shuttle. It is $12 per person...and a taxi is $53 or so. Overall it was a great trip and we will definitely go back!!!

Loved Dreams
We traveled with two of our friends and we all had a great time. The service at Dreams is top notch. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are having a good time. The beach at the club tower area is so calm and beautiful, that we never once went in the pool. I had a hot stone massage at the spa and those facilities are nice as well. All of the restaurants were good, especially the Japanese restaurant. The only restaurant that was hard to get seated at was Seaside Grill, we had to wait 40 minutes for a table. Overall the food and drinks everywhere were excellent. Go to the barracuda bar because between 4-5pm they serve Coco Loco's and they were great. The only minor complaint we had was that the guys I was with did not like the golf course that Dreams has free golf at, and they said it isn't even worth going to. Overall we love Dreams and would go back in a heart beat. I don't understand how some people on here complain about this place, you get what you pay for and we feel Dreams is great value for your money

Family Friendly/Romantic getaway
Dreams Resort and Spa was amazing. Our check-in process took a little longer than we would have liked due to a room upgrade to the Towers on behalf of the hotel. The room was beautiful though and was definitely worth the wait. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming as well. The food was amazing!!!!! Although we do not have children we could see where this resort was extremely family friendly. At the same time it was still a nice getaway for a young single couple without children.

We went out to a club (The Bulldog) one night that was only a short walk. It was a little pricey but overall we had fun. We also stopped by The Hard Rock Cafe for a drink and the entertainment was excellent!!

Plenty of activities for everyone
The hotel provided daily activities for guests. There was a different entertainer each night, not to mention a wonderful trio of musicians in the lounge. It was a perfect resort for our family.

Top of the Line All Inclusive
Dreams,Cancun is situated at the tip of Cancun. You can enjoy the Carribbean Ocean on one side, and the calm waters of the inlet on the other side. The food is excellent in all restaurants, but I wish they would include the Paloma Bonita in the package. The staff is both friendly and super-efficient. There are activities galore and quality entertainment every evening. The drinks are quality and served very quickly as opposed to other all-inclusives in which I have stayed. I'll definitely return next year. If you don't have a great time at this resort, you're in need of some serious help.

VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY
EVERYTHING WAS ASESOME!!! THEY JUST NEED ALITTLE MORE COMFORTABLE BEDS. THEY WERE TO HARD AND STIFF. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS PERFECT!

Great Service
The service was excellent. This was the best all inclusive food we have ever had. The hotel staff was friendly and gave such great service. I can not say enough about how good the food was everything was delicious. I was disappointed in the pool however. The beach area was ok.

very family friendly
Dreams Cancun was a great place to stay, the beach area great for kids as well as the the pool area. I totally recommend this holel to families it has many activies for kids and grow ups, including on site delphins among many others.
