Crown Paradise Club - All Inclusive

Great resort for families as well as adults. Staff friendly, resort clean, something for everyone. French restrauant excellent. Great activities for kids Room service excellent service, pools clean, great spa. Would return

This is a nice family hotel but i probably wont stay here again if I go back to Cancun. Pros: The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and although the mattresses are very hard I slept well. Every room has some sort of ocean view. The restaurants that you make reservation for were very good though. The drinks are strong but you have to tell them to make them strong! They have a nightly show for the kids. Cons: The bathrooms are a bit tiny for standard rooms. The kids waterside area closes at 4:45pm. This was the main reason we chose this hotel so I was bummed at that. The main pools close at 7:00pm I believe they block off the beach access as well around this time. Most of the items at the buffet are tasteless and they serve the same thing everyday so most days I ate cereal.

staff was outstanding, with or without tipping! upgrading to the crown club is the way to go if you do not have children. hotel has plenty of adult areas. food was good. being the start of the down season in may, chairs at the beach & pool were never a problem. this is a place we would return!

We had a wonderful time. The staff was very attentive and friendly, the food was plentiful(They served food at all hours of the day and night), The drinks were good and steady, alcoholic and non-alcoholic and there was plenty to do at the hotel if you didn't want to go out on the streets.

In general it's a good place for relaxing but you might found boring after 3 days since there is not much activities during the day. pros: - Room is clean everyday. - Concierge service staff is very friendly. - There are four great pools and water parks for adults and kids. clean and not crowded. - Drink selection are good but not much for kids. - Food supply is good. Most restaurants have very good service except the Italian restaurant which is extremely slow even when half of tables are empty and the environment is not very good. cons: - no internet service. they charge $10 US dollars for 15 minute. - no exchange at hotel: the store convert 11:1 when official rate is around 12.7:1. - room service: sometimes they forgot to your request - first night was very noise since the room above drag chairs back and forth. - Front desk staff refuse to change room for us due to noise and lied rooms are not available even guests keep check-in in a line.

This was our second visit to Crown Paradise in Cancun. We are a 3 generation family with from grandparents, kids, spouses and 3 grandsons. The all inclusive meals and activities is very welcome for a big family. There is a buffet for all meals from 7 amd to 9 where the food, while not gourmet, is certainly plentiful and varied. Breakfast is our favorite meal there. At noon, in addition, they open a barbeque stand by the pool as well as a sushi and Asian bar. Of course, all drinks...both alchoholic and plain are always available at no charge. There are multiple pools, mini golf, basketball court and the great ocean, too.

Very nice, clean, friendly. Kids and their activities should be separated from adults.

This is a very family friendly resort, particularly if you have children under 12 years old.. There is not much entertainment like dancing or music for the adults after about 9. The food is pretty good, nothing spectacular. The booze is top shelf. Overall it is a great value.

Had a wonderful vacation at Crown Paradise. Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean, overall a great family experience. We were traveling with an 19 month old and used the baby's club. The staff there were great and the place was very clean. The only two things that can be improved were the reservation system for the dinner restaurants and the pool towel system. It took us over a half hour to try and get through for reservations. Other than that, would definitely go back

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and clean. We upgraded and it was worth it.
