It was pleasant and nice staff and food was very well done

We stayed here for an early morning flight after a week in Isla Mujeres, and it was perfect! Exactly what we needed. The service was very good - I was hungry for oatmeal and they made it for me at 10pm even though the restaurant was only serving dinner technically. Also, no one blinked when we asked for a king size bed (we are a lesbian couple, so always a bit wary of homophobia at new hotels). I would agree with other reviewers who said there is a light smell in the rooms/hallways. Some other reviewers thought it was mold - I didn't since I think my wife and I (allergy sufferers) would have reacted to it. My wife didn't notice the smell at all.

We stayed here b/c it was close to the airport and had an airport shuttle. Unfortunately, we had an early a.m. flight, so the shuttle didn't run in time to help us out. The lobby was very crowded when we arrived, but despite this, we had a very quiet and restful night's sleep. If I go back to Cancun, I will skip them big overpriced resorts and take day trips out of this hotel instead!

We use this hotel as our 1st and last night around an all inclusive resort stay. Instead of big $$$$ a night we pay $ which includes airport transportation and a great breakfast buffet. It gives us a chance to adjust to the time change and use our $$$$ resort days fully. Works great for me.

After two weeks of vacation in Playa, this was the best possible airport hotel experience - outstanding property, close to airport and rental car return - but also convenient for a one night in Cancun for dinner. Hotel is designed for full accessibility for those with major or minor accessibility issues such as ramps to dining room and pool area; and both seat, grab bars, and tub mat even though we did not have a "handicap" room. Much appreciated.

A good, reasonably priced place to stop in transit, only 5 minutes from the airport with free shuttles. The rooms and staff and facilities were excellent, and the grounds were clean and peaceful. Room had a good desk for computer use. The free shuttle starts at 5 AM and we needed to be at the airport at 3 AM, so we had to go by Taxi which cost $18.00 The pool is unheated and the Jacuzzi was nice but a little the worse for wear. The food was overpriced and very bland, which was a surprise as Marriott used to be known for their good food. We would not eat there again, but there are no other restaurants nearby.

A comfortable hotel close to the airport; good service. The breakfast buffet is excellent (not usually included in the room rate but reasonably priced). Convenient for a short-term stay or an overnight layover. The only drawback is the shuttle that does not have a regular schedule in the evenings; you have to call the hotel and wait. The shuttle runs only till 11 pm. Taxis are very expensive. Overall, the hotel is a good value for the money

Very nice courtyard, nice attentive staff, but every room we were in except the lobby smelled STRONGLY of either mildew or rug shampoo. Existence of mildew problem was confirmed by a dehumidifier in the hall. Hopefully this will not be an ongoing problem. But it was a real negative in terms of our visit.

The hotel is in the perfect location to get to and from the airport. The shuttle service was perfect. I only stayed one night because I went to the airport at 5:00 am the next morning. I did have to wait an hour and a half to check in due to computer problems. The system was down and they made us wait until each and every room had been checked in person by staff since they didn`t have the computer system working all day. Other than that the stay was fine. The room was clean and the bed was hard.

very good, enjoyed having such a short ride from the airport and also at no cost.
