The Hotetur Beach Paradise is situated along a white sand beach that fringes the Caribbean Sea. The comfortable, all-inclusive beach resort has a restaurant, club for kids, tennis court and many nonmotorized water sports. Accommodations, which span three blocks, overlook the grounds, ocean or lagoon. Restaurants serving Italian, international and Mediterranean cuisines face the sea. A gym, pool, Jacuzzi and theater with live shows and entertainment -- as well as pool, lobby and sports bars -- are among the other resort amenities.

Average Hotel - Okay, but nothing stands out for me to recommend this hotel to anyone else. The food was presented quite nicely, but it basically tasted the same. They shouldn't try so hard and stick to more cultural type dishes.

Had a good time
Great location but BelleVue Beach Paradise needs major updating. The air conditioning in the room was working none stop and it wasn't that hot. The room had a balcony and a sea view. You had to use extra strength to close the balcony door. Most light bulbs were burnt out in our room. The shower faucet had a single handle valve that looked like it is going to fall out every time you used it. Water preasure was weak as well. The staff were nice and helpful most of the time. Staff allowed us to check-in early but failed to inform about the hotel amenities. Rooms didn't have any brochures as well. Our driver was late to pick us up from the hotel to an airport. Upon request to use a front desk phone, staff redirected us to a street pay phone. They said they do not have an outside line. It is hard to imagine a front desk without an outside line. Overall good budget hotel, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Awesome Family Trip
This hotel was awesome! Turtles on the beach, clean rooms, great food, friendly staff, great drinks, and a great family atmosphere. We got to see turtles hatch, and then help release them in the evening... It was an experience we will never forget!

Short walk from hotel
Use the public transportation, and buy items to take home in Isla Mujeres, because they are much cheaper than in Cancun. Use the Playa Express if going to Playa del Carmen or Puerto Morelos. It's 35 pesos per person versus a really expensive cab ride...

Good food most of the time, but really would of liked to had some bacon & guacamole while there. Only hotel we have been to in Cancun where there was no free WIFI. Staff was very good, especially in the restaurant with the buffet and Jazmin in the activities group. We go to Cancun for the beach, not the room, and the beach was beautiful there.

well, we were greeted by a small presentation, I was about to freak out thinking that we paid for a timeshare hotel! but it was their way of getting some publicity for another hotel and wasting time since they would not let us check in until 3pm! IT WAS OFF SEASON, not even half the hotel was being used, it is not like we were waiting for them to clean up the other guests in the room. they did not mention that the hotel has an open concept, no A/C throughout! only our room had A/C and it leaks water all over the floor everyday! you eat breakfast/lunch/dinner in a what felt like a sauna. An enclosed room with standing fans that do not help, it was just pushing heat around the room. if you are not prepared to wake up early on your vacation, you miss breakfast, they pick up the food on the hour! the food, it was okay, anything is good when you are hungry. pool was pretty lame, nothing special about it. they have a restaurant that they praise that is only open sunday through friday! the views were very nice. that was the best of all the hotel, but since you get that view everywhere on the island I would look else where for a hotel.

My WORST hotel stay in Cancun!!
All negative things to say about Bellevue Hotel- my third time to Cancun, and this is the worst hotel I have been to!! > Moldy, old, small rooms & Building > Horrible AC system > Digny/stained sheets > NO Entertainment!! NO Shows!! NO Activites!! > Horrible food (Wasn't expecting great at all inclusive- but I literally did not eat there b/c food was so bad# > Too far from resturants/shopping/night life #End of Cancun hotel zone; not conienient location) Overall- this hotel was BAD... I will never return to this hotel- way too many other choices in Cancun to settle for this horrible experience!! GO ELSE WHERE!!

Great trip
Wish there were more a/c in public areas, eg bars and restaurants. The night life could be much improved. But the day activities were awesome. The activity directors were awesome! Always something to do during the day. The two restaurants had amazing food and service.
