BelleVue Beach Paradise All Inclusive

the hotel needs a lot of love...repairs everywhere..i was celebrating my daughters 16th birthday but it wasnt too good...her room was full of water from raining and also from a leak from the bathroom. i was so sad because with litlle of datails it will be different...paint, decorations..etc. the water at the pool soo cool...no heat water outside. the food at the buffet was the best! I ate a lot because it was the best! but the price was really cheap compare withthe others hotel next to us...so i enjoy anyway andi save money in my pocket!!! people in cancun are incredible..so you should go there>>>

After reading the reviews online, we had a pretty good idea of what to expect. A swim-up bar, on the beach and all-inclusive food. We weren't expecting such a friendly and helpful staff, however. The only downside to our trip was that it rained 2/5 days, but that is a possibility no matter where you stay. Overall, this was a great deal - the food was good, it was clean and I'd give it a 3.5 overall out of 5. The other guests there were extremely friendly and fun to be around, as well.

My partner & I had a 7-day all-inclusive stay at this resort. A pleasant surprise, upon late arrival, was a junior suite, just one floor off ground level, with aggressive air-con in both rooms. Though an older property, it wears its age well (couldn't say that for all of the guests). Of everything offered, I can only comment specifically on the food - it was very attuned to a North American palate, with only a slight deficiency in the desserts department where a lack of variety was the issue. Like all resort beaches here during the late Jan/early Feb, an incessant easterly wind meant that breakers were high and red flags were always in place. The hotel pool looked inviting but due to its orientation - facing east - in the late afternoon it was deserted by the sun. Did someone say 'liquor'? Yes, quite generous and uncomplaining, tho we did tip 10 or so pesos for each. Absolutely nothing but admiration for all the staff - extremely hard working, fluent and pleasant to deal with. The only downer - no free internet, and worse, a fairly exhorbitant rate for access, so we never did find out if it was fast or slow.

We had a great time at the Bellevue in Cancun!! The staff was great! The bartenders are out of this world-especially Jorge!!-he gave us directions to everything and knew us by name! Alonso(another bartender made sure his boss brought bacardi to the bar cuz they didn't have it and I ordered it. They had it the rest of my stay. The food was great-a buffet, a snack bar, an italian place and the mediteranean(fancy). We never got tired of the food, it was good. We didn't care for the fancy place but it had a nice atmosphere.The bus stops rite in front of the hotel. Great place for a great price and the most beautiful beach ever!!

The dining room and pool staff made us feel welcome. One of the dining room waiters remembered us from when we were there 3 years ago. The pool staff got the kids involved in the activites. Our initial rooms were without balconies so we asked if we could get rooms with balconies, the front desk staff made sure that we could move the first day or next day. The food in the main dining room and the italian restuarant was very good.

If you are looking for a cheap getaway and don't need anything fancy then you'll do fine here. The food was something to eat but nothing special. I was disappointed because they advertised a gym but there was none or "being renovated". The pool activities were fun. The activity personnel were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed here in January 2011, and we enjoyed being so close to the prime ocean. The sight lines down the coast were amazing. The room was comfortable, and there were enough activities during the day that I didn't feel bored. Trivia, Bingo, volleyball, etc. It looked like para-sailing was within easy access as well. A few small gripes were: Lack of a hot tub. There was a small set of two pools together, and they had jets but no hot water. My wife is a picky eater and she did have some gripes about the food, but there is enough of a variety--a different ethnic theme every night and an Italian alternative every night except Friday--that you can find something you like there without much trouble after a little experimentation.
