Beachscape Kin Ha Villas and Suites

We went with our adult sons and their friend. We rented a car and visited Chichen Itza and Tulum. The rest of the time we lounged on the hotel beach, swam in the blue waters, ordered food and drink under the palm trees, had dinner and breakfast in the palapa, watched the beautiful children and loving families, and supple bodies of the young, dozed, walked, and ate, and slept. It was perfect.

Beachscape Kin Ha (Ambiance Villas) was great. Awesome beach with friendly staff. The breakfast ticket is the way to go. I would definately stay here again.

Very large room with sitting room, great patios(2). Wonderful clean linens, but the floors made barefeet too dirty for shoes and getting into bed. Wonderful breakfast buffet including individually made omelets. Gorgeous,clean beach with all amenities and plenty of personal space. Lower, garden type buildings and grounds refreshing in the surrounding jungle of mammoth high-rises. Walking distance to good restaurants. Will definitely return.

Completely enjoyable. Will be back.

Our goal was rest and relaxing. Beach was very clean and the lounge chairs were the best. Room was roomy and with 4 of us in various ages, it was great. Pull out couch was not the best; final night we put the mattress on the floor [should have done it earlier]. King bed was COMFORTABLE!!! Towels were big and water was hot. Room was very clean. Ate dinner one night in the hotel and it was very good. Drinks from the bar were reasonable; and the staff helpful when choosing a new combination:). Lunch there was reasonable too, since we didn't want to leave our lounge chairs. Staff gave good suggestions for dinners within walking distance.

We loved the trip, the resort is all you've read. Spotless, quaint, great ocean swimming and pool. Size is small, not overly crowded, like many of its' high priced neighbors. You probably won't get an ocean view, but the grounds are small and very neatly kept. The patio's on the first floors have hooks for hammoks, a great addition to our trip. You'll need to buy the hammok and special ropes in town, well worth it. We treated the awesome breakfast as brunch, and it was quite a value. Tip the waiters early and often and you'll get top notch service (four star). Tip the cleaning staff and they'll do your dishes. We give it an "A-/B+". I would go back if I could resolve the following issues: My only complaint, do kids really stay free as advertised? I also wouldn't want to stay against the property wall or in the back suites by the road and pull around.

Upon arrival we were told that our room was not available until 3pm check in time but we could check our bags and enjoy the pool/beach. We were a little suprised because the hotel did not seem to have many guests at all. The location of the hotel was great. The supermarket was only a hundred yards away which was ideal. There were also some very good and cheap food venues right next to the supermarket. The beach area was excellent. Plenty of chairs and a good mixture of sun and shade for everyone. The pool was large and clean.

This hotel was just as advertised. It was very basic, but clean and nice, and on a beautiful stretch of calm beach. I would definitely return.

Arrived prior to check-in, but was given a room anyway. Was advised of an upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom, but ended up in a studio with a view of a block wall and fence that separated the property next door. No big deal. Didn't spend that much time in the room. Other than that one small detail, the stay was worth every dollar. Will definitely go back. There a small amount of noise coming from adjacent rooms where remodeling/repairs were being done, but that's the stuff that kept the place in the great shape that it was in.

Good service, food, pool , room , beach, convenient walk to lots of resturants.
