Beach Palace - All Inclusive is located in Cancun hotel zone. This luxe, family-friendly all-inclusive resort is near shopping and entertainment. All rooms have double Jacuzzis and balconies. A club for kids, spa facilities, beachfront volleyball and an on-site fitness center complement the three swimming pools -- two rooftop -- thee swim-up bars and four distinct dining options. Nightly theme parties or performances add appeal as does wireless Internet service.

What 5 Star Service is about
Fourth time at the Beach Palace. This is our first time since they remodeled. The employees were fantastic. Whatever you wanted they were there to get it for you to ensure that your vacation was perfect. The Spa service was outstanding. I can't wait to go back in MAy.

Great Service
This hotel was great. It was super clean, the service was awesome. There were nightly activities that were fun to do. There's lots of things included when you book a stay here so speak with guest services when you arrive to find out if there's anything more that's included that you didn't expect. It's also right across the street from a small mall that was great to buy souvenirs.

Great Hotel Great Staff

Amazing, despite Ida!
Food was great, rooms were super clean (and I am super picky, like a freak!), and drinks made me forget that we were in the middle of a tropical storm. Location was good, right in the middle of the city, easy to get around by bus or taxi. Hotel small and intimate, excellent views.

Take the bus everywhere for less than $1. Saves money, and buses run all the time.

One of the best hotels to stay in Cancun
The food and staff were great. Everybody in the hotel was very helpful and made sure we were always having a good time. Even though there was no beach when we arrived, (it was being rebuilt due to hurricane washing it away), there was still plenty of activities to do at this hotel or on one of their sister hotels.

If you do the Chichen-Itza tour, you'll make a stop at a mom and pop shop before you arrive to Chichen-Itza. Save your money. You can find everything inside Chichen-Itza at much lower prices.

Wonderful Service
We enjoyed this hotel as much as the Cozumel Palace. Really I think the Palace Resorts chain is just so nice. The weather was not that great, but the facilities and staff were absolutely incredible. We didn't notice the lack of sun too much because there was always a margarita in hand placed there by an attentive waiter/waitress. The location is good as you can walk to a couple of shopping areas in about 3-5 minutes. However, we spent most of the time at the beach and pool.

Cancun Getaway
The Food was great and the staff did everything they could to make your stay happy. Nice Hotel, very clean. Check-in was Quick, Check-out was Quicker, we just handed them our key cards and walked out the door. (This was an all inclusive trip)

Long walk from hotel
1) The night club section is walking distance. A bit over a mile. Enjoy the stroll. 2)Take advantage of visiting the other palace locations. Worth seeing, but the Beach Palace is the best of the three.
