great family vacation
Staff friendly and very helpful. Pool and beach area great. Plenty of seating available. Room kind of dark, but who wants to be in the room? Stayed in a one bedroom suite. Extra bathroom handy. Close enough to downtown. Taxis available at all times. Didn't walk to town, but could have. Had a garden view room with a tiny view of the ocean, but was still nice. The grounds are beautiful.Jet skis right on the beach and found a place to surf within 25 min. Beautiful beach. No complaints at all. Would definitely go back!

College Hangout
Our room was clean and spacious, with a balcony and kitchenette. The food here was more expensive than we wanted to pay, so a few times we just grabbed food from the mart. Be aware that this is a hotel that many college students go to, which could be good or bad. Good: if you want that environment of lots of young people, this is the place for you. Bad: The building is an atrium style with no carpet, so any noise that's made can be heard on multiple floors and echoes. Since there are a lot of college students here on spring break, there's often a some noise late at night. Hot tubs were usually crowded.

You can conveniently visit other beaches for example Lover's Beach by taking a water taxi! Also, Santa Maria and Chilleno Bay are beautiful for snorkeling!

Great Spring Break
It was beautiful and filled with tons of fun activities. My friends and I had an amazing time laying on the beach and by the pool. The water was so clear and the water slide was too fun. The only thing that made our stay no so perfect was the staff. The service was very very slow and they did not seem to respect us as guest. Considering that we were younger that could be why, but we were very respectful to the hotel so they should have been more respectful to us. Despite this, I think we will go there again.

Family getaway
Place was beautiful, but had a couple of complaints. Service at restaurant for lunches was poor. Took twenty minutes to get drinks every time. Very slow! And slow getting drinks at the beach. There wasn't enough chairs at night to sit around the fire. Got yelled at for taking chairs from above.

Relaxing.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff were very friendly and our room was very clean. It's about a 30 minute walk to the Marina and the town. If you walk along the beach its hard going but the view is wonderful as opposed to walking along the streets. We felt safe in Cabo and we walked around at night. Walmart is nearby (bus or taxi) and you can stock up on food/beer/wine as the store at the resort is a little expensive. The beach is beautiful as was the view from our room. If you have small children watch out for the waves on the shoreline, they can be vicious. During our stay we were constantly hassled to buy time shares/trinkets etc. Also watch out for the police if you are driving a rental car in La Paz.

What a Trip!
I have read somany reviews this hotel isnt this or isnt that, this hotel was awesome! We first checked in and they didnt have our room type so we got a comp upgrade into a bigger room, no charge! The rooms was so clean, the views was garden, no sweat, 20 foot walk to the pool and had the most stunning view or the bay, cruise ships and sun! The staff(Jose Reyes) was so awesome! they were all nice, time share people from the time we landed in Cabo really swarm and bug you, told them we were moving here and they left us alone. i would recommend this hotel to anyone, anyone who complained about this hotel was either VERY hard to please anyways or heard bad rumors the Mexicans rip you off. I can say when you go bring Pesos and you wont have to deal with their own conversion from US dollars to Pesos. Loved it!!! WILL BE BACK!!!

Perfect prehunnymoon getaway
Absolutely perfect from start to finish. The entire staff couldn't have been friendlier to us. They went out of their way to make you feel special. I felt absolutely spoild rotten.

Christmas in Paradise
We chose the all inclusive option and it was fantastic. The drinks and wood fired pizzas by the pool were the best. Our room had a view of both pools and the beach. The theme nights were really great and the staff really worked hard to make sure every detail was handled.
