Pretty Good
The hotel was very nice and the staff was very good at bringing drinks. However, at times the room could have been cleaner and it being the western most hotel on the beach it was a little far from everything in town and on the beach.

Can't go wrong with a Riu
This was our second time at a Riu, and of course we were not disappointed. The service was wonderful, there is a smile from every service person. Not sure I ever had an empty drink in my hand. The only thing I would like to change is the location, I wish it was a bit closer to town.

RIU Palace - Very Nice place
We had room 3025 (Ocean front Suite with second floor terrace and hot tub). Room was awsome, resort and room were kept spotless. Buffet food for breakfest and dinner were fine, lunch buffet could have been better. Dinner reservation had to be made for specialty restaurants and their food was good. Some of the drink / beer selections are limited (no Captain Morgans, jack Daniels, etc). Overall a very nice resort, kept very clean, and staff is very helpful.

Fantastic Anniversary Trip
This was our first experience with an all-inclusive resort and the RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas has set the bar extremely high. The staff was great. Starting the moment we checked in everyone, from the people at the front desk to the bartenders, were extremely attentive to our needs. Although several other reviews have complained about the reservation process for the specialty restaurants I never had a problem getting a reservation as long as I went down to the reservation desk in the morning (usually between 8-9). My wife and I look forward to returning to the RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas – we have actually also started looking into a trip to one of RIU’s Jamaica or Cancun resorts in the near future. Great overall experience.

Do yourself a favor and take a $12 (120 pesos) cab ride to downtown/marina. There are plenty of areas for shopping and several restaurants/bars to choose from and the marina setting is beautiful. Next time we’re in Cabo we plan on spending more time there.

Riu Palace
We had a fantastic time. The only improvements we would recommend is the bed. It was a very hard mattress and not comfortable.

Wonderful, relaxing get away
The Rui Palace is beautiful with manicured gardens. View even from the second floor is fabulous and with the sliding door open could even hear the waves. The food was delicious with lots of variety for everyone. The animators are very upbeat and the resort is spotless. A totally relaxing fun experience. Only down side was that we'd asked to be close to the elevator near the main building and this was not granted.

Great Family Trip
The hotel grounds were gorgeous and very well kept. Staff was constantly cleaning and maintaining everything. Staff responded to every request. Kids had fun at the pool while parents relaxed at the beach. Food was exceptional!
